I rode the tail of the dragon yesterday and it was crazy. Way too many idiots with no regard for human life yours or theirs. The tn leo's had 2 units with hand held radar guns working and it didn't faze the speed demons. Wolfie and I pass through today in the pu and saw 1 tn leo with radar two others with a wreck they had the rider lying out on his/her back beside the road. I think that is damn good place to stay away from.

Are you lurking out there? Faith is a nice lady I met on the way to Vogel. Can't remember exactly where I was but I don't often know exactly where I am...Faith is a Venture owner that I gave site address to. Don't want to scare her off but seeing me didn't seem to upset her too much. She wanted to know what year my old wreck was.

What would you do different in cycle wreck? My boss called to check up on me to see how I was coming along. I told him that since my lay-down 4 weeks ago, I have had plenty of time to think & watch cycle mishaps on "you tube", watch safety equipment demos and read up on latest safety gear. He asked me, "What would you have done different?" . . . and I told him. But I am interested to know, did you learn anything from your mishap and "What would you have done different?" . . . if you have had a lay-down, motorcycle mishap, accident, wreck.

I wanted to let you all know about a salvage site that I belong to that has a 2003 Venture up for auction. Its a 2003 and its black. It does look like an easy fix and it seems like (from the pictures) that the owner but some money into it with extras. The name of the site is "RideSafely.com". Their main office is in Pa.. I did buy an Electra Glide thru them a few years ago (wreck) and was very satisfied with their service. Please don't think that I'm endorsing them but you may find the bike that you've been looking for here Josh

Just got a phone call from friends at Rumble on Noble over in Anniston. There are rumors of 17 bikes being involved in a wreck betwen Anniston and Ga. Anyone know or hear of anything?
