Where have any of you mounted the Bad Boy on your second gen?

Not that kind, the pathetic one on the bike. I am sure it has been discussed before but I want to upgrade and am looking at Stebel nautilus or Wolo Bad Boy as they seem to be the closest fit. Any opinions (silly question) as to which is best and easiest fit?

I purchased 2 Wolo Bad Boys at the new Northern Tool & Equipment store in Sioux Falls on Saturday. Went to work on sunday to install them. One on my '84 and one on my son's 91 750 Nighthawk. We can get neither one to work. We wired just as the directions show to do. The relays will click and that is all. Any ideas? Thanks, Dave

I took the plunge this week and bought a Wolo Chrome on ebay. Ad said used with minor scratches but seller deals almost exclusivley in horns and has good feedback, so I took a chance. Total cost shipped of just over $36. He still has some for sale - starting bid is $24.99. Here's one: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/AIR-HORN-WOLO-BAD-BOY-MODEL-519-CHROME-12-VOLT-/250624213524?cmd=ViewItem&pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3a5a5e0214 He also has the non-chrome starting at $19.99. Anybody here ever deal with this guy?

I purchased a Wolo Horn last summer and installed it with no problem. About two weeks ago I took a ride on a nice day here in Michigan and for the fun of it tooted the horn, but no sound. Got back to the shop and parked it. This past Saturday I started checking the wiring and all was good. Took the horn apart and found a electric motor and points. Cleaned it all up and put it back together and still no toot. Took it back apart and found a plastic impeller down inside that the motor turns. You could not turn the impeller by hand very easy. Cleaned it out in the wash tank, W-D 40 it and it still would not turn freely. Could not get it to work. It is sealed in that area so you can't get to it. I am going to try a Stabel Horn this time and see if it lasts longer. Anyone else had this trouble?
