I hate to see ads like this but I guess it will happen to all of us at some point. This fellow was soooo happy when he found this bike and had great plans for it... and him. OK, Lone Eagle will probably get a little miffed at me for doing this, but hey that's life. For those of you that don't know, Vic is going under the knife to take care of a bulging disc and 2 or 3 vertibrae in his neck tomorrow around noon. Being the unassuming guy that he is I don't think he's mentioned it once on the board. Vic's a giver in life... far to few of them... and will be your best friend. All ya gotta do is ask. Anyway you might toss up a prayer or two. One for the surgeon, and one for Vic and Barb. He's admitted to getting a little nervous about the whole thing. I'm sure your wishes will help.

Sooo....as I was reading the specs for that new Kawi I couldn't help but remember all those wishes expressed on this site....... So how many of you are now ready to line up wallet in hand? Not only did they seem to listen to your wishes but even surpass them in some cases, like that smart ABS that turns into conventional at low speed - must say, that sure got to me. No nose dipping at stops and no skidding...WOW!!!!! I figgure if all the reviews were putting the Nomad above HD & Victory, then this thing ought to leave them in a dust cloud! WOW, I'm excited!:happy65:

After two weeks, and six operations, I was allowed to leave the hospital today. My next doctor's visit won't be for a week, so I am thankfully allowed to just rest at home. I want to thank all of you for your messages of support, public and private. While I have never been the most emotional guy on the planet, your prayers and well wishes have touched me very deeply and have helped me to change the way I view life overall. (and for the record, I'm not on morphine now Thank you all once again. Jim
