Does anyone have a list of the affected serial numbers of TSB 2007015. The tech bulletin about the improperly torqued head bolts. Thanks

Quick question: My buddy is putting the clutch back together, he wanted to know " if the clutch springs are torqued to a certain setting or just good and snug"?? thanks
-
Finished the clutch today and it went well, but I noticed while cleaning up that below the clutches and to the right there is a gear in there that is white and looks to be plastic. Now I know I could have checked it with a magnet to see but didn,t think of it until I closed it all back up and torqued it. Any one know for sure or notice it also. Don,t think it is plastic but why would it be white.

Saw these on e-bay. The guy has sets for many bikes and has misc assortments and individuals as well. I'm tempted, but wonder if the stainless is strong enough that they won't have a problem being torqued. Stainless is typically a bit softer than regular steel isn't it? Anyone tried them? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150111682796&sspagename=ADME:B:AAQ:US:1
