Hey gang! I purchases a 2000 RSV MM edition with a trailer. I've never ridden a bike with a trailer and I am flying up to pick it up in 2 weeks... What's the safest way to pull it? Should I load it down a little or keep it empty? I read the trailer thread in WH and I'm just a tad nervous (not from his story, but the people that say pulling a trailer is inherently dangerous.) This is the rig: http://www.thundertowerharley.com/new_vehicle_detail.asp?sid=08798334X8K16K2009J1I06I28JPMQ1604R0&veh=644&pov=1345399

OK since all technicians are lazy. Does any one have a pic of the covers for the PMS (pilot mixture screws) I am hoping that I won't have to pull the carbs to get the anti tamper plugs. I just picked up a set of Shogun pipes and the K&N's are on order so I'm going to have to fatten her up a tad. I haven't even looked for them yet so you can go ahead and laugh at me if it is obvious where they are. Like I said I'M lazy

I'm getting ready to drive 3+ hours to go look at a 1989 that has 20K miles on it. Never owned one of these bikes before so any input is much appreciated. The bike looks really clean and in great shape. But other than that who knows. He's asking $3500 and sounds like he's willing to move just a tad but not much. I'd really appreciate any wisdom from those who have been there before me. I probably have to ride it home so I am a bit wary since it has not been riden much in the last couple years. Thanks to all. Chris

Anyone have any suggestions on a good website for headsets, I know they cost money, but the price I've been seeing looks a tad high...and I want to hold on to as much of my cash as I can, Thanks
