There are quite a few restaurants feeding vets for free again this year. I hope you all take advantage of the free food and recignition. If you happen to be in the Sugar Hill GA area, stop by The Applebee's and say hi. I'll be working from 2:00 'till close and I'd love to see some of you and say thanks.

Just a reminder of how much these things like plenty of juice to run right. "Brown Sugar" was getting to not want to start as good as she used to and running crappy til she warmed up good. I saw that Advance Auto had a great deal on their AGM batteries and grabbed one for less than 60 bucks.(Thanks Dale) I went ahead and installed it in "Brown Sugar" Already got one in "Ugly" Long story short although the old battery was still working with the new one I can hardley get my finger off the button quick enough before she starts. And no more waiting for her to warm up. She is ready to go as soon as started. :think:Wonder if I could get one of these for the Warden???

There were a couple questions about having sugar free ice cream at MD - I asked Keith Schlonager, my supplier about sugar free, this was his response: Yes we do. We make it with the Agave nectar. There has been some questions about this agave, but we have been selling it for about 4 years and no one has come back and said it raised their sugar. We have had some people test their sugar and found after 2 hours no increase in their sugar levels. It does seem to make the ice cream a bit more harder and a bit icy though. Please do your research on it, it's your decision. If the diabetics agree that this is a product that can be used then I will order a container and most likely it will be Vanilla. Please keep your responses limited to what you actually prefer, not what you think Big Tom will consume I found this link about Agave Nectar http://www.allaboutagave.com/

Brown Sugar is back at home again. She is so tickled that she got a roof over her head again she is grinning from mirror to mirror. I peaked in on her and even saw her turning cart-wheels, popping wheelies, spinning donuts and front wheel stands. I guess there is no place like home......

I took Brown Sugar out for a while today and as I was going down river road a Hardley came up behind me. I was just taking it easy and loafing along in 5th gear. I heard the Hardley drop it a few gears and really crack it. Thats a lot of noise!!! Didn't intend to do anything about just let him go. He got up beside me looked over and grinned!! I swear I don't remember doing anything. I was running on cruise set at 50 mph!! Brown Sugar dropped to 3rd and the throttle rolled all the way back!! :whistling:When I got her under control and slowed down I stopped at a little store a few miles down the rode and a little later he pulled in. Rolled past me took a good look and on out the other side of the lot without speaking?? I think that bike has a mind of its own sometimes??

Every now and then I see someone mention about how to make your tires look good. Well, DO NOT use Armorall or anything resembling it, because that can cause major problems when leaning in a curve. Now, back in the OLD DAYS... We didn't have any of the fancy stuff they have now. What we used was 'sugar water'... Just mix a cup of sugar in a quart of warm water, stir ir until it disolves. Then take a rag and soak it with the water, ring it out slightly, and rub the tire with it. Your tire will look better than brand new after it dries. Now, I don't know how many bees it will attract, it depends on where you live....

1 cup of water 1 tsp baking soda 1 cup of sugar 1 tsp salt 1 cup of brown sugar 4 large eggs 1 cup nuts 2 cups of dried fruit 1 bottle Jose Cuervo Tequila Sample the Cuervo to check quality. Check the Cuervo again, to be sure it is of the highest quality, pour one level cup and drink. Turn on the electric mixer. Beat one cup of butter in a large fluffy bowl. Add one peastoon of sugar. Beat again. At this point it's best to make sure the Cuervo is still ok, try another cup just in case. Turn off the mixerer thingy. Break 2 leggs and add to the bowl and chuck in the cup of dried fruit. Pick the frigging fruit off the floor. Mix on the turner. If the fried druit gets stuck in the beaters just pry it loose with a drewscriver. Sample the Cuervo to check for tonsisticity. Next, sift two cups of salt, or something. Who geeves a sheet. Check the Jose Cuervo. Now shift the lemon juice and strain your nuts. Add one table. Add a spoon of sugar, or somefink. Whatever you can find. Greash the oven. Turn the cake tin 360 degrees and try not to fall over. Don't forget to beat off the turner. Finally, throw the bowl through the window, finish the Cose Juervo and make sure to put the stove in the wishdasher. Cherry Mistmas !
