While putting the bike away for its yearly rest....darn winter anyway! I noticed that my clutch fluid is gone again. This happened in Prince Edward Island this summer after the International. I cannot find any spots where this stuff is disappearing to! Just for tips I did change the clutch plates and spring while at the International. Can someone shine a light on in this dark room inside my head!

I just can't figure this one out. My bike is going thru gas like crazy. There are no puddles or even spots on the ground. There is no gas in the oil. There are no wet spots on anything. I live 20.2 miles from where I work. I had to stop for gas twice on the way home yesterday. Temps were in the 60s with the sun shining. I get off work at 4:30pm. It was almost 11:00pm when I finally made it home. The leaves are sure getting pretty this time of year. I just can't figure out where all the gas went.......

I parked my bike at work today and when I got back my bike was all spotted up. It look like the sprinkler system came on and watered my bike along with the grass. I now have what looks to be hard water spots all over my bike. I got home and tried to clean them off with some quick shine stuff but not working very well. Question what would be the best way to remove all these spots? Wash bike with soap and water then dry and use chrome polish and wax to detail it? Any suggestion's? Joe

Back in 01 when I bought my 02 RSMV you could buy little chrome spots (as I remember) and insert them into allen hex socket bolts to dress it up. Over the years some have disappeared and I went to look for them online and nothing comes up. Anyone have a link for these. I need them in the 5mm allen hex size and a couple in the 8mm size.

Anyone know how to repair Vinyl. I have some cracking and a couple of very small spots where the top layer of the vinyl is gone. It would be nice to seal it so to stop the cracking from getting worst and to seal the tiny spots where the top layer has pealed off.

I know for the most part snow is an unwelcome sight and dreaded. But....It's the 16th of January and we could still see our lawn, not spots or parts but the entire lawn, flower beds etc... For those of us who live in the desert areas, snow is a necessity in order to have water during the rest of the year, so, today the snow came. I had to put the bikes in their winter spots in the garage so I could fit both cars in the garage and I actually used the snow blower (I started it in Nov. to make sure it was running and ready) But for a short time, I welcome the snow to the Intermountain region and look forward to the spring. Hi All Some of you my have seen that I have a new toy 1988 1500 Gold wing. The past owner put the NY state inspection sticker on the lower front fender. I really do not like this location. Do any of you have any other spots that may look good? I have been looking at chrome plates that mount like on the crash bars. Thanks Bull463

I was given a T-Mobile Motorola MB200 Cliq touchscreen, android phone. This thing has lots of apps on it, wifi, bluetooth, web. It does not have a sim card, nor do I want to activate the phone portion of it, but I would like to be able to use it for internet at spots with public wifi. Can this be done? I have tried and although it finds the wifi signal it will not let me connect and browse. What's this jailbreaking and will that let me do what I want to do?

Watch this little guy rock with Joan Jett and The Blackhearts! Not sure how you get so good so young. Watch his foot on the "bass drum". Towards the end of the song, he spots his parents in the audience. The look on his face is priceless. And only 4 years old!! He certainly has rhythm. Just went to the Sturgis Cam to take a look at the aftermath of last week. The cam focuses on the downtown area, main st. I guess. The one thing that really stuck out were all of the "oil spots" all down the middle of the road where the "you know what kind of bikes" were all parked.........just sayin:rotf::stickpoke:

http://www.venturerider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=51456&highlight=pipes I traded these pipes to another member. Our agreement was he would pay shipping both ways. The stock pipes came a few days before I left for Sturgis. I took off the Bubs and installed the factory pipes. The job took 4 hours, should have been easier but it wasn't the stock pipes didn't want to fit. Getting the Bubs ready to ship I noticed some surface rust spots on the bottoms near the seams. It was not noticeable when I took the pictures but the removed pipes were not pristine near the seams and there were rust spots that appeared to be from rock strikes. It was time to leave for Sturgis on that day I mailed back the Bub pipes. Now the trade partner wants me to pay all return shipping on both sets of pipes. I am not going to do that but I WANT TO BE FAIR ALSO. So Ruffy and Big Tom maybe it was best I didn't trade with you. Any ideas

Started to do a search this morning and couldn't tell it to search venturerider. There are (used to be) buttons at the bottom of the search box that would direct the search to the web or venturerider. Sometimes I see spots that aren't there, but never no spots that should be there. Any ideas on how to get them back??

I used never-dull and some car polish as of right now it has some shine to it. but I still have the water spots. Any thing I can use to help remove the spots and really bring back the shine? Buddy
