    Sherry sent me a text today requesting that the Ventureriders please put her on their prayer list. She is having surgery Thursday July 26, 2012 for kidney cancer stage 1. They are going to be taking part of the kidney. The tumor they found is the size of a golf ball. She has been having pain and nausea. Will update when I hear anything else.

    Sherry sent me an email last night...........seems she has found a wonderful man and he proposed. A june wedding is in the works....... Congrats Sherry and I am so happy for you and wish you and Bill all the best !

    This has been a very enjoyable week with Niagara135 stopping by Wed evening for a short visit, and Dragerman spending the day yesterday. We're expecting Mother and of course OH Sherry! tonight with friends tonight/tomorrow morning. These visits mean a lot to me! Yesterday Dragerman and myself met a brand spanking new member to the boards, just joined a couple of days ago, that also lives around the corner from me. Forgot his screen name but hopefully he will post here. Black Cherry 2nd gen just like Dragerman's... Hope to see more of you guys in the near future. Gets real boring for me being limited on my activities. I promise I won't put any of you to work unless you really really want to do something. We will be caging it up to Kitchener Wednesday afternoon for the final dinner. We will be hanging around the park with Scott and Sherry and anyone else that is around in the afternoon. Hope to meet a bunch of new friends as well as seeing many if not all of our old ones!

    We'll be getting together tonight in chat to remember one of our members. We'll be celebrating with his wife Sherry. It's been one year since our family member Tom left us for a better place. Some of our newer members aren't familiar with this but it was a terrible accident that took Tom away from his family and the world. Sherry will be coming into chat tonight after dark California time. So whether you were here and knew Tom or not, come into chat to join in a fun time. Margaret

    I don't think anybody posted a picture of Tom, so I thought I'd post the one from the front of the program for Tom's memorial service of which Sherry is riding in the rear. Of course, this pic goes back a few years. They were find folks, God fearing and all, and again; we will miss him. Rich
