Was thinking on adding something to my RSTD seat to give me a little help in the comfort department. Went on a 750 mile round trip ride last weekend, got a tad sore, and was thinking about beads. Not sure if the sheepskin would be better though. This topic has probly been gone over before, if so, sorry for bringing it up again. Sending the seat to Rick Butler would be the best solution, but will have to wait. Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

I saw on here somewhere once a seat cover that someone had stitched together from a few Mallwart sheepskin wash mitts. There was a picture that showed the underside and how it was stitched together. I've looked and looked and I can't find it now. Does anyone know who made this or happen to have snagged the picture? I'd like to see it again.

We have been looking for a sheepskin for awhile for our bike seat. We have a new IKEA store now in West Chester, Ohio, which is about 30 miles away from where we live. We went there this past week and discovered that they sell a very nice one for a reasonable price. I have photos of the skeepskin, with the label. They cost $20.00 in the store. If anybody is interested in one, and you do not live near an IKEA store, maybe I could buy one for you and ship it to you. We tried it on our 99 RSV and it fit perfectly. Let me know what you think. Ron wanted to me to tell you, he was not attacked by our neighbors pet polar bear. Peggy

Does anyone have one of these on their bike? I have a Corbin seat, but sometimes the butt gets real sore on those long days. I am considering buying a sheepskin seat cover.
