We are in the process of rebuilding our VR Assistance List. If you can and are willing to offer assistance to a member who is riding through your area, please edit your profile to include that information. Simply click on "Settings" at the upper right of the page and then scroll down to "Edit Profile". Near the bottom you will find a place to select "yes or no" in regards to offering local assistance and then a place to select services that you may be able to offer. Cowpuc just mentioned in another thread another, and maybe easier, way to get to it. Click "forum actions" in the small menu at the top. Select edit profile. Scroll down and you'll see where to select your information.

Here's a pic of a very nice looking RSV ... but there is something wrong with it (hope ya don't mind me snagging the pic from the MD posting). In fact, every 2-colored RSV has the same thing wrong with them (at least IMO). Take a look ... can you see it? Now scroll down and you'll see what I'm talking about. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Waddya think? I've not once yet seen where anyone has made this color change mod yet it's probably one of the first things I would have done.

I just visited their website to find the next auction. This weekend.... While on the home page I started looking at some of the cars coming up for auction in Vegas. The page showed about 4 and a half cars. Then I dragged to the left and... what a cool pic display!! You need to give it a try. http://www.barrett-jackson.com/ Scroll down to the Las Vegas logo and click and drag. It hard to discribe, and I've never seen anything like it... Hats off to the web designer...

I currently ride a 2008 GW. http://www.stopngo.com shows a hose that supposedly connects to the GW compressor for the shocks that allows airing up a flat tire. Any one know anything about this? Where is the connection located? How difficult to make? Seems to me that it would be much nicer to carry one of the hoses rather than a mini-compressor. On the web site select motorcycle, then scroll a little past half way down to see the item. There is a six foot hose and a ten foot hose. Any idea if the six foot one gives plenty of reach for both tires? Thanks for any thoughts. Mel

After replacing the battery a few days ago, I had to redo my presets on the radio. I know about holding the up or down button to scan up or down to the next station and that is what I normally do. But the other day, I did something, don't know what, that let me manually scroll the dail up to the station I wanted without having to stop at every signal the radio received. Anyone have any idea what I did to put the radio in "manual" mode? I have tried several things but cannot get it to replicate.

All of a sudden, out of nowhere, all the posts (the ones with multiple lines of text) no longer fit within the width of the screen and I have a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom and I have to scroll right to see all the text. ... ???? It wasn't like this, this morning or ever before. Yes, I am a computer tech but when such things happen "out of the blue", I have no immediate answer. Nothing on my system has changed (that I know of). Any ideas out there?

O all knowing moderators... I probably have a stupid question, but I'll ask anyway. Why do some of the threads appear on my monitor a screen width, but some are much wider and I have to scroll to the right to read them? Is there something I need to set differently? Thanks in advance for the help!

I don't care to read every thread so I personally would like to see a full tool bar on the bottom of the pages, allowing me to go "home" or the "forum list" without having to scroll back to the top. If there's enough interest and it is possible, could this be possible?

Ok, I can't stand it anymore. I can ride year round here in Florida, but the mist on the windshield is killing me. I thought I could get used to looking through it, but now I want to cut it down but I am unsure of the proper technique. If anyone knows, please let me know and I would be grateful. I have most of the tools I think I need, ie. dremel, jig saw, scroll saw and patience. Help please! Sky Pilot
