So, did santa bring ANY of you ANYTHING for Christmas? I can imagine that most of you were on the naughty list but surely you got SOMETHING. Here is a picture that we took yesterday. Wearing one of many new shirts that my lovely wife got me. She is wearing one pair of the sweats that I bought for her. And YES, they came from the Harley Boutique. And YES, they do sell bikes there also.

Well since the wife or I had no suggestions for each other for Christmas this year we decided we would give each other chrome for our scoot. I first thought this would be the easiest shopping season yet but oh so many decisions. I wonder if Santa will install it if I leave him a 6 pack. PS no suggestions are needed

Dear Santa, This year I have been a very good girl. If you are not too busy I would like to tell you what I would like for Christmas. I really need my very own computer ...a white one (my husband kinda hogs this one). And....I don't know how you feel about jewelry...but I really like it.... Did I mention that I have been a very..very..good girl ? Thank You for your time.... P.S. please bring my husband a little something. He is very very handsome. Did I mention that I have been very good this year?

:sleigh:It has long been a tradition to place a star at the top of a Christmas tree. A recent trend has been to place an Angel there instead of the star. The reason for this change may not be known to all of you, so I will enlighten you. It is December 21st and Santa is just about completely stressed out. He and Mrs. Clause are on the outs, so he's been trying to get some sleep on the couch. The Elf's union has taken a strike vote and it looks like they are going to walk out at midnight, leaving a kazillion toys unassembled. The world is full of on-going wars, lots of no-fly zones and he's trying to figure out how to fly under the radar. Rudolph has come down with a terrible head cold and his nose is only working part-time. As the wizened old whiskered one is trying to cope with all of these situations, there is a light tap-tap-tap on his front door. Grumbling to himself, Santa yanks open the door, shouts "Now what?", looks around and finally looks down. He discovers a small, shy, just-got her-wings Angel. Full of the Christmas spirit and the joy of the season she looks up at Santa and chirps "Hi Santa. I'm your Christmas Angel and I have your tree for this year. Where would you like me to put it?" And thus a new tradition has it's beginning. Yeah, I know. But I still think it's fun to tell. Merry Christmas to all.

One morning Santa wakes up to Mrs Santa complaining about his weight. So not wanting to hear it he goes to the toy shop. Walking in the toy shop not a elf working. Well Santa wanting to go on a sled ride to get away, the deer run off. Then an angel walks up and ask where do you want the christmas tree.

I am asking Santa for a clock to go on my handlebars. What are you and your Venture hoping for this Christmas? :sleigh:

Departing for a 7 day ride through New Mexico and Colorado on Saturday July 10. I have a tentitive schedule but this is going to be a leisure trip with nothing eally set in concrete. Day 1 - 446 miles - Cleburne to Brantley Lake State Park west of Carlsbad, NM Day 2 - 375 miles - Brantley Lake State Park to Santa Cruz Lake Recreation Area north of Santa Fe. We may decide to stay in Santa Fe instead of Santa Cruz. I have some friends that have a condo there but will play it by ear and depends on how many make the trip. Day 3 - 249 miles - Santa Fe to Silverton, Colorado - I will be making reservations at the Canyon View Motel. Rates on their internet page are $65 a night. Day 4 - 122 miles - Silverton to Gunnison KOA Campground - this is a pretty short run but the road looks pretty twisty and we will take our time and enjoy. We may decide to keep riding and stop at another location. Day 5 - 258 miles - Gunnison to Monument Lake State Park west of Trinidad, Colorado. Day 6 - 361 miles - Monument Lake State Park to Caprock Canyon State Park near Silverton, TX Day 7 - 320 miles - back to Cleburne Let me know if you are interested in going and I will send you maps of the routes. I have MapSource (Garmin) files if you have a GPS to load. Michael Burton Director Blue Knights Texas XXI 903-681-5983

Looks like I'm headed for Arizona to look see about a bike. If I decide to get said bike I would be riding out on the 10th to about Albuquerque or maybe Santa Fe. Would like to know if anyone has any good riding tips, maybe construction warnings or heads up, from Phoenix to Albuquerque and on. Also, any recommendations for a cheap but decent hotel not to far off of I40 or I25. Looking at taking the highway all the way cause I just don't have the time to sight see. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Twas the night before Christmas when all through the house, There were bottles and butts left around by some louse. And the best fifth I'd hidden by the chimney with care Had been snatched by some bum who had found it right there. My pals: guys and gals had been poured into their beds To wake in the morning with hungover heads. My mouth, full of cotton, dropped down with a snap Because I was dying for one wee nightcap. When through the south window there came such a yell, I sprang to my feet to see what the hell... And what to my bloodshot eyes should I see But eight drunken reindeer caught in a tree. Way in 'mongst the branches was a man in a sleigh. I saw it was Santa, quite oiled and tres gay. Staggering nearer those eight reindeer came As he burped and hiccupped and called them by name: "On Whiskey, on Vodka, we ain't got all night! You too, Gin and Brandy, now all do it right. Clammer up to the roof; get the hell off this wall! Get going you rummies, we've still a long haul!" So up on the roof went the reindeer and sleigh, But a tree branch hit Santa before he could sway And then to my ears, like the roll of a barrel, Came a hell of a noise that was no Christmas carol. So I pulled in my head and cocked a sharp ear. Down the chimney he plunged, landing smack on his rear. He was dressed all in red, with white fur for a trim. And the way Santa swayed, he was tanked to the brim. The sack on his back held nothing but booze, And the breath that he blew nearly put me to snooze. He was both plump and chubby and tried to stand right. But he didn't fool me; he was high as a kite. He spoke not a word, but went straight to his work And missed half the stockings, the plastered old jerk. And laying his thumb on the end of his nose, He fluttered his fingers as he quoted prose. He sprang for his sleigh at so hasty a pace He tripped on a shingle and slid on his face. But I heard him burp back as he passed out of sight: "Merry Christmas, you lushes, now really get tight."

Survelance cameras caught B.S. involved with a hit and run accident involving Frosty the Snowman. Upon aprehension, Roudolph admitted that alcohol was involved, as apparent by his red nose. Biker Santa had no comment...
