    100 mph birthday cake

    They chose the only model Venture truly worthy of such an occasion during this kind of meet, and they escorted it with a bike that should have been able to keep up with it, but... after the cake rounded the next corner the Goldwing hit a 100 mph and the birthday cake on that 1st gen was still getting further and further ahead...     anyone every heard of a tool called grabit? im working on pulling the radiator on my 84 yamaha venture got some things off but need to remove the chrome plastic covers and of course there are 2 verry rounded off screws there. i tried a bigger phillips screw driver and they moved about 3 turns when that damn screw driver slipped and rounded them off to where it looks like i have to use some kind of extractor. and it looks like the grabit tool just drills and burnish then flip the tool and remove the screw. of course i have to get a cordless drill as there is no outlets in the storage unit for a elcectric one. if any one else has any ideas on removing these screws let me know.

    Got my new progressive springs today, so tore into the job. One side is done, the other....A &$@# PO must have done something at one point, the Fork Spring Cap is completely rounded out.....Anybody got a trick of the trade on how to get this B*#@* out? Greatly appreciated.

    I was going to take the saddlebags off my bike so I could give it a good cleaning. When I went to take the saddlebag off the left side (sitting on the bike it is the left bag) the bolt on the top left wouldn't come loose. I broke the allen wrench trying to get the bolt out. After several attempts the bolt head is rounded off. Looking at the diagram for an 05 venture I can't determine which bolt this is. Can any of you tell me the number of this bolt? Also, how can I get this bolt out now that the head is rounded off? Thanks for your help.
