Folks, I received an email from a new member. Username roger podoll has not posted here yet. Here is the message that he sent to me. I hope you will all keep him and his boys in your prayers. haven't had much time to check your site.My wife of 36 years was killed on oct. 27. head on collision with camper.She was on her 250 helix an I was on 650KLR.Do need prayers at this time.Have a13 an 15 year old boys at home yet.very hard on them. -

I was lucky enough to go to florida for a few days to spend some time with my parents in a warm climate. while visiting them (they live in a 55 and over community) my dad and i went for a walk to show me around and i saw a first Gen RSV so i stopped introduced myself and started to check this bike out that seems to be the rage here in our little community. So after talking to Roger from canada for about 1/2 hour he tossed me the key and said take her for a spin.. now i was a little hesitant about riding another mans bike but couldnt pass up the opertunity..so 30 min later i rode his bike back. i really liked this bike not enough to trade my second gen for one but i do have a new respect for them. oh i also told Roger about this site and invited him to join and i hope he does real nice fellow.

In owners manual on pg. 4-6 it talks about Roger beep , what is it and what is it used for? My wife got to ride with me last weekend and everytime I turned the CB on it came up Roger beep. How do I set the CB for both heltmuts? tew47
