FYI: (Fri Aug 16) Just talked with Stephanie at Rivco about a center stand for my 2000MM RSV. She said if they can get 20 orders (with a deposit to be charged when the stand is shipped), they will make a production run of RSV001 which is their center stand for '98 and newer Ventures. Their catalog shows a price of $349.95.. She said they have several calls/orders now and looking for minimum of 20.. Ask for her at 1-888-801-8222 www.rivcoproducts.com Thanks.. (I have no interest in Rivco in any way...other than purchase a center stand)

Does anyone here with a Rivco centerstand also have the leveling links installed? Does it work OK with the links? Thanks, Ron

I have a Rivco spin on oil adapter for my Mk1. What I'm missing is the NUT that holds it on the bike. Does anyone know the size or better yet does anyone have one they would be willing to part with? I called Rivco and the whole thing is discontinued and they could not or would not help me at all..

Does the same Spin-On-Oil Filter adaptor fit both the 89 and 91 VR. Are there any special tools needed? Are there any special instruction tips? Are there any thing to be carefull of?

Well guys, I just got my new Rivco hitch installed on the Wing, along with a Rivco rack. Pretty slick. Installs not too bad, good instructions, and the thing is rock solid. The rack will work great for carrying a small cooler (or an additional bag for luggage if we need it. Great product. I'm very pleased with it! I'd been looking at the Packit Rack, which is pretty cool, but the Rivco setup does the same thing, is more solid and gives the "option" for hauling a trailer if I ever decide I need it.

I recently purchased a Rivco Center Stand for my Venture. The install was pretty simple and all was well until one morning last week I had a hell of a time getting the bike off the stand, it just kept sliding on the garage floor. Never, ever had a problem putting it on the stand or taking it off before. Now the only way I can get the bike off the stand is to jack it up and take stand off. Any suggestions:icon_smile_question

Anyone ever had a problem with their RSV leaning off center while on a Rivco Center Stand ? I checked the garage floor and it is level. My bike leans to the right wheather it is pulled in or backed in, so it's not the floor. I called Rivco and they are having me send it in to have it checked out... Everything looks straight under the bike, but my eyes aren't as good as they used to be. PS... This is an awesome site. I purchased an 07 blue/black RSV last Summer, and using the post on this site, I have set up, worked on and accessorized my bike to be one fine ride... Thanks to all !!!! I am thinking about buying some Rivco Air horns for my 2007 RSV. Does anyone know if there is a sound clip on line that will let me know what they sound like. Are there other options that might be better. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks JR
