    OK....I posted long ago about a GREAT image resizer "powertool" that is the best and easiest I've ever used for quick resizing of images to post them here and in the pic gallery. Unfortunately, Microsoft did not release this tool for Windows Vista. So, I went searching for something for you Vista users and found the following program that supposedly works the same way. Now I haven't tested this because I don't use Vista but some of you who do might want to give it a try and report back. Note: I removed the original link to this program because I am now getting an "attack site" warning from there. Here is another that I found though that works exactly the same as the XP version of the image resizer. http://sourceforge.net/projects/phototoysclone/
