I broke the arm on one of my highway boards. would like to get a replacement but there are no markings on the boards. Anyone recognize the brand? Thanks!

Does anyone recognize what brand this hitch may be? Anyone know where I might find a replacement lens for the flap light and some install instructions? It came off a 88 VR and I am installing on my 90 VR. These pictures were taken by the previous owner. -
Ok, so I get home from work on Thursday around 5:15pm and it is 58 degrees out...I change and get comfortable and I walk around the garage and decide to unveil the beast....I take the cover off the bike and admire its beauty for a few minutes...Hey, maybe I'll fire her up............One touch of the starter and varooom, the beast is alive !!!!!! I let the girl warm up for a few minuted and shut off the choke....let me check the tire pressure ....ok I add a pound in the rear tire and also the front...man, is it nice out....WHAT THE HECK.....I'll take her out for a short spin around the block and flush the cobwebs out of her...so I grab my leather jacket and my helmet and gloves and a cool pair of shades and I'm off........Man does this feel so good...I mean the wind in my face and all...you know what I mean...Well, the around the block ride got longer and longer and about 35 minutes later I find myself stopped at a red light in the town of Lancaster....Man I'm am so happy to be out, YEAH this feels so good....I mean this is so cool...Well I glance to my left and a sheriff's car pulls up up along side of me....I glance over and realize its a deputy I trained years ago...I smile and wave ,he does the same....HE DOESN'T RECOGNIZE ME WITH MY HELMET AND SHADES ON....I think he does when he rolls down the passenger window and says......"NICE SLIPPERS RIDE SAFE".....WHAT..!!!!.... Oh C&&p... Now I hope he didn't recognize me...What a sight to all the cagers I must have been....BIG BAD BIKER IN HIS LEATHER GET UP WITH THE FLANNEL PJ"S AND BASSET HOUND SLIPPERS WITH THE EARS FLAPPING IN THE WIND....... :doh:

Hi all, Just picked up this 1989 Venture and realized that this custom paint job has some specific meaning to somebody. Just wondering if it once belonged to a member here. The trunk has a great eagle painted on it and on each side of the eagle, as shown below, there are two little scarecrow characters. the left on with a 90 and the right side has a 91 and Vdaze painted across. Looks like some type of ride/gathering. So..anybody recognize the eagle and the scarecrows ?

Spotted a Mk II going south on Hwy 27 just as I was turning north on 27 going into Newnan, was going to give chase but by the time I turned around he was gone and could have gone in any of 3 different directions. It was a two tone brown, didnt recognize the rider, I was on my V Star, he looked my way but did not wave. Was it anyone from here?? OH and it is only 2 weeks till VOGEL:dancefool::dancefool:

I was wondering if there is any way that in the right corner of the posts that we could put the state and/or country along with the city. It would be nice to know where each person posting is from and I don't recognize a lot of the cities and I sure don't know each of the states and country's flags. I know I can look at the user's profile, and sometimes I do, but it would be nice if it were right there on the post. Anybody agree?

I was driving along Ft. Myers beach in my truck this morning doing the speed limit and this biker zoomed past me (it wasn't a passing zone) and I noticed he was decked out in his biker attire even though it was about 92 degrees and felt like 110. He had a do-rag, leather vest, tatoos, boots, etc. He was idling along blipping the throttle to let everyone know he was there. I was thinking to myself "there is a real biker". Then I looked at the bike and I didn't recognize it from the rear. So I got closer and saw the name on the seat, a KYMCO 250. That made me smile. I can just imagine the ribbing he'll receive when he rolls up to the next biker bar. DT

A friend of mine saw this family in Florida on Friday 7/10/09. He sent me the photo from his Blackberry but failed to tell me where he saw them. This looks like a great way to take the family on vacation. Does anyone recognize them - are they members?

I wondered if there was a way to sort members by state, so that say I want to take a ride though Ohio, I could look and see who lives that way and then start to recognize names that regularly post and try to get together for a M&E somewhere along the way.

You folks our west know her, but since hdhtr moved to NC we hadn't had the privilege of meeting his Mrs. He's been to plenty of meets but she never makes them. So some might have thought either she didn't exist or maybe just maybe he was keeping her locked away some where. Well I found out she's real and here's the proof. Now some of you may just recognize that tarp Steve is on well I have it now. So Squid if you end up mailing the dirt let me know so I can send the tarp too. Margaret

Hi, I joined this site recently. I use a Macintosh computer and a program called 'Safari' when I joined and logged in. However, Safari crashes quite often on this site so I tried to used Internet Explorer. I can't sign in. It does not recognize my password. I went into Safari and changed passwords to a new one. Back to IE....same problem. Even if I say I have forgotten my password, it does not recognize my username with my email address. Why is this? Is this something on my end? Thanks.
