I have been playing around with the carb set-up on my VentureMax (1300 engine with Vmax cams and springs). The latest experiment is Vmax needles and .5mm spacers. I have not rode it much with this set-up yet; Needs a little choke for cold starting Idle appears to be lean (surges slightly at idle and pops during deceleration) Pulls smooth and strong from 1500 rpm in second Pulled a little "crisper" from 1500 rpm with stock needles Pulls strong from 3,000 rpm (any gear) Ran it up to 9,000 rpm in second and it wanted to keep going!

Anyone know how to install these handle bar end caps. I have stock grips and the stock end caps just easly pulls of. Or maybe these are not end caps. If not does anyone know what they are and where they go?

I have a chance to pick up a 2006 Little Guy 5 wide trailer for a steal from a dealer, he just can't sell it he has had it since it was new. My question is it too big for my 99 Venture? In a nut shell I had a new clutch put in,rode for a couple months parked for a year (due to med reasons) I am back and no resistance on clutch lever (lever pulls back to easy) and no leaks under or on bike? 99RSV

When #3 pulls so much vacuum that it pulls the fluid to the top, will A, B or C screw help get it to stop? Yanno, so I can start syncing them. I am trying to sync my carbs and I know they are way out of sync, I sure see why the dial gauges would be a better choice over fluid ones in this situation. -

So with both kids having strep throat, the weather was poor most of the weekend, then on top of it all- my dog got attacked. My father-in-law's 120+lb yellow lap grabbed my 9lb mini Dachshund my the neck, shook him like a rag doll, and flung him a good 30 feet. Now my dog has two lacerations on his neck, won't eat, won't drink, won't come out of his crate- and if I pick him up and carry him out, he just pulls his tail between his legs and starts shaking. Won't walk, won't sit, just looks around in fear. If it weren't for the legalities, there'd be a yellow lab suffering from cranial high-velocity lead poisoning.

OK guys I'll try it this way. I have had trouble uploading pictures so I will try it this way. I built this trailer last summer and have logged 2500 miles in it. The 83 is running grate thanks for all the help. the bike pulls to the left when I let go of the handle bars, is this caused by a lose steering head bearing or may be tire any ideas.
