Anyone Familiar with this bike. A friend of mine is looking at one with the intention of maybe buying it, so he asked me about. but other than having seen the odd one I know next to nothing about it. If anyone can give me some pro's and con's about it that would be great. I think they are asking about $4,000 canadian and I believe it has about 40,000 KM on it. The bike is apparantly in mint shape with lots of extras.

Planning a Spring trip from Florida and going to spend a few nights somewhere as a base to ride the local roads. Need a hotel and restaurants. Considering Hiawassee, GA or Murphy, NC. I've never been to either so I would appreciate any pros and cons from someone who has. Thanks.

We'd be looking at buying a USED Class A Diesel MH. I would like to be able to take the GS and both my 2 wheeler, Jeannie's trike when we head out for warmer climates in the winter. Possible full time RV living in the future. I'm looking for firsthand experience's, feedback on the pros and cons of traveling with such a load. The following info would be helpful. Trailer type. Long enclosed or shorter stacker style. (Pros & Cons) Horsepower needed to pull grades at a safe speed with a 15K pound trailer in tow. Tag axles? Slides or not ? -

The pasted message below was my last email that I sent to chrome pros in Corpus Christie Texas. As you can see the customer service sucks big time. While the wheels came out nice, they also left in the dampeners in the rear wheel, causing me a whole ton of extra labor to remove them. Unfortunately for me I didnt order them through Ebay, but directly on the phone, which may have given me more protection. But, if there is no response from them by Friday then I will file credit card fraud charges against them with my Citi card. So, some of you PM'ed me about this company possibly considering using them for plating. Right now I would not recommend them to anyone. Ill see what happens after Friday. Sure do wish that we had a member in the Corpus Christie area to go there but apparently not. "Ben, this is the third email that I have sent you. You still havent answered my previous emails. When we spoke on the phone you promised to inspect the return core wheels this past Monday and issue the 485.00 credit as you promised to my card. That has not happened. I spoke to another rep on Tuesday who assured me that the wheels would be inspected and a credit issued. When I asked for his name he hung up. Still no credit to my account nor any response from your company. You had no problems responding to my inquiries for the last few months but now that payment was made all that I am getting is the runaround it seems. I need a commitment from Chrome Pros as to when the credit will be issued. Jeff Koppelman"

The house is getting closer to being finished out at the farm. I need to make a decision on Direct or Dish. Anybody have any insight as to what you are running now? Pros and cons would be appreciated.

need a little help on finding where this hose goes. i thought it would be simple do to the fact the hose is short i would just hold it in everywhere the hose would fit and find it, not so. i hope its not just a vent hose. i looked in the manual but after my eyes started crossing i thought I'd go to the pros, thanks. hope the pic is good enough. o, my bad, its the hose just above the oil sight glass. its hooked to a nipple coming out of the bottom of the casing.

Well kids, im gonna pull the trigger. My Avon rear tire wore out in less than 10k. I usually got closer to 14k on them. Didnt do anything different either. So......im looking to order a Kuhmo Power Star 758. One place had it for 52.90 with free shipping but its backordered for 45 days. I put in a price match request with a local dealer and ill see what he comes up with. He wants 69.00 for the tire. I read all the pros and cons and im still a bit leery but for the price ill give it a fair try. Guy at work put over 25k on his CT on his GW and does the dragon regularly. Since im not a twisties king of guy this may work for me.

Got me a new ride ....for a moment and only cost me a few Peanuts. Rode it long enough to give a comparison to the RSV: Pros: Plenty of Ground Clearance. No need for leveling links. Cagers Beware! Ear Cooled Big Horn! Make my own path. No need for Ride on. Can see the road CLEARLY Handles the road with ease Better Cell phone reception and I can Text and Drive at the same time! Any LEO will have to look up ....at me now! No problem in carrying CASES of BEER Will not take any Crap now as I can give it ! I can ride either 1, 2, 3, 4up! No Helmet required in any state. No one tailgates. Just too many more Pros to mention................................... Now for the Cons: No Dealer will touch it for repairs, but I could persuade them easily for something else! Not enough trunk space. Keep forgetting my ladder. Afraid of mice. Hard to wash without getting wet myself. Can't trike it! Where to mount the license or LED's? Talk about Bugs Exhaust takes getting used too. Brakes work when THEY want too. Again, too many Cons to mention either! Overall,I think I'll keep my RSV!:banana::banana: Here's the 5 minutes of Fame! Hey Guys! Oh and ladies! The guy could not get the money for ole Blu so I get to keep it! I've been riding and getting used to the bike but one thing still drives me nuts. Every bump I hit causes rattles from the front fairing. I have tried to tighten and secure everything but it is still there. Any insight from the pros? I found that it is much more fun to change the plugs on my gen 1 then it is on a royal touring. Whew!

Venture Riders, I'm new to the site and am having a good time learning. I have a 2002 VMAX and would like to compliment him with a Venture. I am interested in the 86-93 models. Is that considered 1st generartion or 2nd? Also, I was wondering what where some of the differences in those model years, mostly function and option differences. I believe there is no reverse gear in those years, is that correct? Also I'd be interested in member's opinions regarding the pros and cons of the Ventrue for those years. Any info would be great even if you might think it is trival. I'm trying to educate myself for a spring purchase. Thanks! Bill Hampton, IL

Hey folks, I'm brand new to this site, as a matter of fact, this is my first thread. So, here's the first question I have. I am looking at purchasing a new Ultimate Seat for my 2007 RSTD, does anybody out there have this seat on their RSTD. Pros, and cons? Also, I am tossing around the idea of purchasing a center stand for my bike. Is Rivco the only manufacturer of one that fits the RSTD, or are there other less expensive alternatives? Pros, and cons please.
