I would like for those of you who use the chat rooms to give me an evaluation of the two solutions that I have installed at this time. The old one is pretty slick and has some nice features but doesn't work from all devices. The new one isn't as slick but seems to work just as well and is easier to get into and out of I think. It will be your call. If you choose the new one called "Shoutbox" at the top of the page then I will update it to the pro version. That won't make it any slicker looking but will add a few features such as allowing you to detach and run it in a separate window, turn the notification sounds on or off, things like that. Like I said, it is your call. From a money stand point, it's not a big deal. I would have to pay for the pro version of the new one but I also pay a yearly hosting fee separately for the old one so for the short term at least, it's pretty much a wash. So lets hear it. What do you want? The other option is that I could keep both but not upgrade the new one to the pro version. Just leave it as it is. I really don't think that we need two chat rooms though.

There is alot of propaganda out there reguarding fracking . Pro and con. What to believe and not to believe. Do any of you have any first hand knowledge about this? My state {New York} is about to ban it altogether. I'd rather hear anything from this group than read skewed articles. Pro or con.

any one interested in meeting and eating at bass pro in january on a saturday? it would be a one day deal . we haven't done it for awhile. let me know if your interested. if we get enough response i will set a date. we will meet their about 11 am and eat at the restaurant at bass pro and head for home. it's quite a place to see if you have never been there.

I bought a Scala Rider Teamset Pro kit for my wife & me to use on trips. I love these & got them new for $130 which was GREAT. Now my son got his MC license & I want to buy him a headset so that we can all communicate when riding together. So which Scala headset link to Teamset Pro Kit? Scala has a many different ones scala rider G9 scala rider G4 scala rider Q2 scala rider FM scala rider SOLO but the manuals don't say anything about linking to other units. Is the scala rider SOLO the same units as the teamset pro?

i know most members here seem to like the morgan carbtune but i thought i heard it was taking forever to get them in the states. having said that my question is is the motion pro carb tunner any good? i can get one of these the next day.

I have a copy of Ride Like a Pro (RLAP)IV and V DVD's, so I don't need the RLAP IV and will put it up here for anybody who wants it. FREE, but they have to agree NOT to copy it, and to pass it along for FREE to the next person after a short viewing sesson.... maybe two weekes???? The sender pays the postage, NOT the recipient, so no money changes hands, this will keep it all leagal!! Please request the DVD in this thread, and the first requster please PM me your snail mail address and I'll mail it to you for FREE!!!!! Then the process will repeat..... How cool is that???

After reading many articles on the Go Pro Hero and Drift HD 170 cameras, has anyone used the Drift HD 170 and if so, I would like to know the Pros and Cons in your opinion. I read the posts here on VR about the Go Pro but think I like the aerodynamics, viewing screen, controls and remote on the Drift maybe a little better...but not sure......sooo help me decide .... THANKS ... Freddie

Should probably be in the classified section - sorry. I am not real happy with the Motion Pro syncPRO that I purchased. The fluid seems to separate in the tubes after each use and when I blip the throttle. I ordered a Morgan carb tune pro unit and it will be here in another week or so. If any member wants to send me $40 (check or money order) I'll send the Motion Pro to them. The $40 includes shipping. First post gets the unit. There are no instructions but it should be easy to download and the unit is complete.

just wondering how difficult it is to install I basket. I'm only semi mechanically inclined but can usally figure things out. is this something that a pro should install for me. I would like to do it myself but don't want to get in over my head. thanks

I bought a new Dell Inspiron R17 w/windows 7 - really getting tired of it I'm just about ready to buy a full version of XP Pro and install. I don't care about anything except running a particular program that I just had to reload because it disappeared this morning Problem is it takes nearly 2 hours to re-load :bang head: The question is - can I load XP Pro on this Dell ?

I am putting together a day in New London Mo (63459), looking at March on a Sunday. Going to have reps from dealers and be showing the Ride like a pro DVD series at no cost. As I get all the details I will update. So anyone who is near my area think it over. Should be some good eats, good times, and a heck of a riding safety training session.

Does anyone here sell them? If not which one is a good one to start with? I searched and searched and found tons of dvds calling themselves ride like a pro. Id like to use what is recommended by the members here.

I know we have a few (or many) members in Texas, but Texas is a big place. I may need some Venture Rider assistance in the San Antonio area. Just wanted to reach out and see who is there. It would involve meeting someone at the Bass Pro Shop near I-10W and Loop 1604 and then dropping a package in the mail to me. I may be able to get the owner to ship to me, and the deal may not happen, I'm just trying to be prepared. Thanks, James

I'm looking to change my brake and clutch fluids soon. I've been reading about the "Speed Bleeders" and another bleeder called the "Motion Pro Hydraulic Brake Bleeder". My question is; has anyone here actually used the Motion Pro? I'm a little more interested in the Motion Pro over the Speed Bleeders because it appears that you only need one and just move it to the brake you're bleeding at the time. Does anyone here know if that's how this works? J&P Cycles has the motion Pro for $19.99. Thanks Guys
