Hi Guys! I have a 1980 Honda CB 750K which has an pretty old throttle-lock on it that I would like to replace with a more recent made, better quality one. Does anyone have any suggestions for one that isn't too pricey but which is pretty good quality? The attached pictures are what my current one looks like. Thanks for any suggestions! Be Safe! Pete

my stebil horn went south. Anyone have a stock horn or lead on another stebil? I like the stebil horn but they seem to be a bit more pricey than what they were a few years ago.

While wandering thru websites looking stuff today I stumbled on a nice looking RSTD with some road rash on it. Its a write off from insurance but if someone could buy it cheap enough it might be worth while. I know the side bag and the tank damage is pricey to buy new, but a guy might be able to find used. Does anyone know If this one of our members old machines? http://www.crankyape.com/default.asp?pg=DispSingleItem&ItemNumber=24503 Brian

For those deciding on a drivers backrest. I recently purchased and installed a Bakup backrest. The installation is simple, however, an extra set of hands is helpful to avoid possibly scratching something. The pad matches the stock passenger pad closely and the overall look is clean. Seat adjustment is easy, no tools needed. The backrest is a little pricey, but the quality and look is good. To me, the stock seat is comfortable enough, all it needed was a backrest. I figured I saved $300.00 by not having to buy a Mustang seat with a backrest.

I have been looking for an enclosed trailer to rent in the Chicago land area, to pull 1 or 2 motorcycles. Does anyone know of a place? The only one I could find was Arlington Motorsports, but they are kind of pricey. http://www.arlingtonmotorsportsinc.com/trailer_rentals.htm Thanks.

I was roaming through the Custom Dynamics (www.customdynamics.com) site and noticed that they have a new tail light board. It's a drop in like the one that many of us already use, BUT, it has 100 LEDs instead of the current 32. The 32 LED board is really bright compared to the old bulb, so I can only imagine what the new one looks like. At $90 US it's kinda pricey, but well worth it if that is the only light you are using as a brake light. Just my sick, twisted, unsolicited opinion...

Just saw an ad for the handlebar mounted unit. The SO rides a wee strom and would occasionally like to tell me when I missed a turn. Has anyone got any experience with these units. Are they any good? I know they're pricey, but if it's any good, it looks like it would fit the bill. (Able to tell me what to do and listen to her tunes)

Just saw these. These are quiet pipes, but when you want loud, you flip the switch and they turn into straight pipes. Kinda neat. Really pricey though. http://www.phatperformanceparts.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=N41310

Anybody on here bidding on this left side console cover? The bid at the moment is up to $227.00. That's a little pricey for me. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=008&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&viewitem=&item=180233622609&rd=1 RandyA

i have a 93 venture and i was cleaning out my carbs when i got to the diaphrams i notice there are three holes in the diaphram the holes are spaced far apart from each other it seems like they might belong there however on one diaphram the hole seems as if it has ripped wider than it is supposed to be. is this something that i should consider replacing? ive shopped around for them and they are kinda pricey. if i do need to replace them do you know any place where i can get them cheap or do any other ventures interchange the diaphrams? i will be posting some pictures a.s.a.p. so you can see what im talking about thank you, -mike
