About %30 of the time when i press my rear shock button. It reads zero, when i press the "M" button to fill it up to about 50, it goes up to 50 really fast on the computer, but not in the shock itself. It does it alot more frequently in the cold. What does this? also after pressing the M and it...

I have an 83 VR and tonight I thought I would check the coolant level in the radiator. I can only get the cap undone about 1/3 of a turn. I tried pressing down while turning counter clockwise, but it just won't come off. Am I missing something?
