Hey guys and gals, In the process of getting rid of my antennas, stereo has always sounded like crap, but wondering, what is the proper placement of them. If on the bike, stereo goes on right, correct. Going to the coiled copper wire in the trunk method.

Ok first long ride with the wife. kids were away for the weekend. A new seat is needed as her butt couldnt take the punishment. Next year tax season for the russel day long, but what about peg placement. my wife complained that the back of her legs were sore from the saddle bag crash bars digging into the calf muscle. Is there a way to adjust the peg or any other suggestions.

Ed, a MARINE CORP friend of mine ask what my opinion of a ultralite name of Challenger made in Canada was. To be entirely fair, in GA, ultralights are generally frowned upon. My impression is the the alerion and rudder is inadaqiate and the placement of the 40 hp. rotax engine is also asking for trouble. The placenment of the engie, screws up the CG of the aircraft. Under full power, It also overides the up motion of the yoke which under emergency power on could be detrimental to your health. Since it doesn't have alerions, "flaperions" , a moderate to heavy cross wind cannot be corrected. MaxVE is 100 mph? Sorry but if your practicin stalls and spin adversion that ain't gonna cut it. Engin failures require immediate push overs to avoid flat spins due to placement of engine. Anybody have one of these ? Am I being overly bias?

Okay, I downloaded the service data spec. sheet for my 99... see attached. About halfway down page 1 it gives the CO% at which the carbs are supposed to be set. It appears that carbs 1 and 3 are to be set between apporximately 2.5~3.5% and 2 and 4 are supposed to be set between 3.5~4.5%. What gives and why would that have you set them differently. Let me see if I have the cylinder placement correct also. Sitting on the bike facing forward 1=LR, 2=LF, 3=RR, 4=RF I'm sure of 1 and 2 just can't remember 3 and 4.

Hey all, I recently came across a good deal on a used heated vest from a friend. I have been looking for a heat-troller from warm&safe. I'd rather not use the belt pouch or semi mounts if at all possible, but I'm not quite sure where to mount it to the bike. I've got an 07' RSTD. Anyone out there have any suggestions on placement? Thanks. Bjmstar82
