I belong to a lot of motorcycle organizations. My jacket and vest have a mixture of all these organizations on them. I view these patches as a billboard showing what organizations I belong to or support. One of my STAR chapter President's has told me his position on patches is when we are on a chapter ride he does not want anyone to wear any patch other than STAR and chapter patches. My jacket I wear all the time has a VentureRider patch on the back. He does not think I should wear that where people can see it on a chapter ride. I think this is ridiculous. This reminds me of what we have been fighting as Yamaha riders when other clubs say you have to ride this type of motorcycle if you want to ride with us. STAR says you can ride anything you like. My President says you can ride any ride you like but when you are on a chapter ride you can not wear any other patch. Does this make any since to any of you? -

They made my custom name patch for $4.99 SHIPPED!! I had my choice of background color, border thread color, as well as Letter forn & thread color. Made same day & shipped same day! The glue is right to the edge & holds the patch SOLID I just set the iron to max, used a thin towel to cover. Preheated the material, placed the patch covered it with the towel 8 seconds repeat & let cool before touching. Here's a few pix of our jackets: Highly recommended

Being that my left hand/wrist has pins and screws that it will be months before I know how much of it I will regain of it, with massive theropy. It is virtually use less. My right ribs and collar bone broken in several places, my right fingers and arm gets really sore and tired. So when you come accross any 1st Gen that could support me justifing a case to receiving more than NADA $5095. closer to $5750.00 please post here. My 91 VR had 9200 miles and was beautiful. When I get home I will continue. 1) finish the patch order 2) work the thumb switch order 3) work the side cover panel rail bar. 4) turn buckle accessory cross bar. 5) Introduce a new 1st Gen Patch. My source is still avalable. For a price guide the 5 3/4 inch will be just less than $10.00 includes (mailing to Canada and US and PayPal Fee). There are very good quality patch, both sew on or iron on. And the cost are very very reasonable. Sizes in inches 3 1/2 5 3/4 7 9 14 For Now all I need are the sizes and quantities. I recently attended a meeting at the Patriots Motorcycle Club, and asked the President if I had the okay to sell and send their Patriots Supporter patches to the U.S.A. He agreed it would be great to have you wear an Australian Military veterans patch. The Patriots M/C was started by Vietnam Vets, and is a club that current service personnel, and veterans can join throughout Australia. The patch is unique and depicts all branches of the Australian Military. They do a lot of charity rides, and try to take care of veterans needs. We have a ride this Sunday, and all proceeds go to Legacy. If anyone is interested, the patch is $10, and postage paid by me. [i have Paypal] Maybe some PGR chapters might like to do a swap of patches, and I could ask Patriot members if they were interested in an exchange.

The manufacturing process will begin next week, so you can still order. For sample pricing of a 7 in wide patch is $10.00 including shipping. The group order will be much less per patch. See attachment. There is new size that was requested 14 in wide. Anyone want to be included for a 14 in patch or any other size for the size is not an issue in the computer age we live in. Just Specify the size in # inches and 1/4 inches.

I spend well over an hour yesterday trying to find a couple of specific patches. I would like to find a patch (or patches) that are "fill in the color" for Europe or the world. I have a USA/50 state patch already. I have ridden in Ireland, Spain and Australia and I would sure like to have those patches. Can anyone point me to a website that has those?

I like riding up Hwy. 415 from Sanford to Daytona Beach. Just a few stop lights and lots of open road. You will also pass the World Famous Cabbage Patch bar along the way. I make this run about 4 times a year.....both NASCAR races, Bike Week and Biketoberfest.

Just a fun little contest for all of you. I picked up a new toy this weekend. Really got it for Eileen as she recently saw one and fell in love with it. I'm going to post a picture or two a day until somebody correctly guesses what it is. The first one to correctly identify the new toy wins a small VentureRider patch and a VentureRider domed decal. So...without further ado, here is the first clue.

A little over 6 years ago my brother-in-law started a motorcycle club in Franklin Indiana. 9 of use went together an got a old house. Last year we had a garage built for we could work on our motorcycles and build a few of them. Well last weekend we had another MC club take us in to there club that has been around Indianapolis since 1968. No they are not 1%er. Here is a video of ride to patch over. A suggestion was brought up about a Patch specficially for the RSTD. I'd be interested in designing one. First does anyone know if there is an existing patch for the RSTD. Second do any RSTD riders have any ideas for an RSTD patch. You can draw it out on a piece of paper, take a picture and post it on this thread.

To all the RSTC riders out there! There has been a couple threads on this forum recently regarding patches for the RSTD's. Well, I've been putting in a few words for the RSTC owers out there as I'm about to become one, owner of a RSTC that is! End result is that Golf&Venture is willing to do up designs for the RSTCs. So far I'm the only one on the thread that "has" a RSTC so I'm the only one asking for a Tour Classic patch. Anyone else interested There are two designs, the STAR patch with ROYAL STAR on top, the Yamaha star in the middle, and for our bikes TOUR CLASSIC underneath. The M/C patch would be basically the same but with a TC between the RS and TC. You can see mock-ups of the RSTD M/C patch and STAR patches on the other thread. We can get the colors we want for the lettering and can also decide on which colors we want for the bike on the M/C patch. Also 4 sizes can be available, basically the same as the Venture patches that are currently being ordered and distributed on the site. ANY TAKERS???? The thread you'll find the mock-ups on is "RSTD possible patch design" . Just join the other thread and let G&V know there's more of us out there that want these!!

I know it is still early, but by this time I normally have quite a few registrations for Vogel. As of right now I only have 6 registrations and the sales of the raffle tickets are very low. Raffle tickets are $10.00 ea. or 3 @ $25.00. So far we have a Dell D620 Laptop, 2 4 GB MP3/Video players, and I am hoping to add a GPS and a digital camera to that. You do not need to be at Vogel to win............... The poll is not showing very promising numbers either, so if you do plan on coming please go to the poll. Remember, all the money we raise by raffles, t-shirt, patch sales, and by any other means goes to St. Jude Children's Hospital. If you want to order a shirt or a patch just drop me a pm and I will add you to the list. The shirts should be somewhere between $18.00 to $20.00 and the patches are $5.00. Went out to eat, afterwards sitting on curb talking to wife noticed screw in back tire. Not leaking air so went strait home , easy like. Pulled out 2" screw it went in at angle middle of tire. Tire is a Avon Vemnon with 865 miles on it. Do you'all thing i could plug & patch. Just to get some wear out of it before replacing it? (good meal didn't settle to well go figuer) Larry

You've all seen or heard of "American Idol". We bring you "The Venture / Tour Deluxe / Tour Classic Patch Contest" This ought to be fun. Show Us You’re Venture / Tour Deluxe / Tour Classic Patch. Take a picture or pictures of how you displayed your Venture/Tour Deluxe/Tour Classic Patch and submit it to a New Thread that I will created on 1 August. This should give all participants ample time to order and sew or iron. 1st Place is a whopping 15.7 inch Patch 2nd Place is a 9 inch Patch 3rd Place is a 7 inch Patch 4th Place is a 5 3/4 inch Patch 5th Place is a 3 1/2 inch Patch The Patch will be of your choice of Venture or Tour Deluxe or Tour Classic. The contest will start on 1 August and close on 7 August. I would suggest, not posting till 1 August so other do not see your display and try to better it. Each member's vote counts only once and if you vote more than once time only your 1st vote will count. ATTENTION!!!.....YOU CAN NOT VOTE FOR YOUR PATCH..... And you do not need to have purchased a patch to vote. A qualifying patch display only counts if displayed on motorcycling equipment sold in say a motorcycling store such as Motorcycle Superstore or Revzilla. This is just to help keep the display clean and appropriate please. If inappropriate then the display will be disqualified. I will consult with FreeBird to determine if a posting violates the spirit of this organization. 52 members ordered Venture Patches on the 1st order. So far on the 2nd order there are 30 Members are ordering Venture Patches. A Royal Star Tour Deluxe and Tour Deluxe Classic patches are in the design phase and the interest is growing. So now is the time to order additional Venture Patches. On a previous thread I stated that this Sunday 8 May the 2nd the Venture order window would close. I will keep the Venture order window open for 1 more week. Therefore closing on next Sunday 15th May. You can place your Venture Patch order on this thread.
