Seems I've hardly been able to catch my breath since maintenance day. Had just enough time on Sunday evening and Monday morning to sort of get things put away and then had to leave for Indianapolis to set up for a trade show. The show lasted through Saturday at 4:00 and then by the time I got the booth torn down and packed up and made the 5 hour drive home, I got here about 11:30 last night. Now I'm home today but have to leave for a week in the DuBois and State College area of Pennsylvania first thing tomorrow morning. I tell you, I am really tired of the constant travel and would love to find a good job that would allow me to be home every night but in this economy and at my age, that's not likely so "I owe, I owe so off to work I go". Due to the show and etc., haven't been on much since maintenance day but hopefully things will start calming down a bit now. I did manage to get two new tires ordered this week and called Chad at Pioneer to take advantage of the good deal that he is offering on brake pads so they are on the way to me also. I intended to pick them up while he was here but completely forgot about them. Looks like it's going to rain here today so about all I can do is stay in the house and rest. I'm not too disappointed in that.

Well back home safe from the springs seen 8 Road deer on the way home, You know the ones right on the side of the road and it is a coin flip if they are going in the brush or out on the road ( no road kill me or the deer ). Thank for dinner Buddy I now owe you one. It was good to see everyone and hope to get off for the cave trip in the show me state.

I have a BRAND NEW front brake master cylander rebuild kit. Cost us more than 50 from the store. I haven't even had it out of the box yet or even shooken' it to see if its in there !!! Either way, I'll part with it for 40, because i really could use the money. See, the thing is, is that dad bought if for me, and i owe him, but i wont have any cash for awhile. I'll take a picture of the part and the box and post it on this forum, so if anyone is interested just send me a message. Not an email, a message on the site here!

Finally got a pretty Saturday to take the bike out and get the riding itch out of my britches. I've done a bunch of work on the bike over the winter and RandyA came over and helped me with carb diaphragms and lower in the needles. This is just my first impression of the improvement in performance, but SON OF A ______!!!! That puppy is fast now, I can't believe how much better it runs. Thanks Randy, you set me up right! Well boys I need to get rid of my baby. Fell into some financial troubles just can't get out of it. Seeing if someone wants to Buy her or take over the payments. I feel ill about it but it needs to be done. Shes a 2006 midnight Venture has 5600 or so miles on her. All scheduled maintance was done. Was going to take her to the dealer and have the clutch basket updated may still do that. I owe $14800 on her so here we go.
