This is the Cancer Schmancer ride on June 9th we will be Starting in Lacrosse Wi, and ending in LaCresent Mn it will be around a 130 mile ride if we have to split it up into groups we will be needing a couple of leaders this is short notice.If you can and would like to come and help out you can let me know or LCT Steve is what he goes by on here. or you can go to Great ride for Great Cause here in the watering hole and it is on the calender. There is something in there that sounds like a little rock or a marble. How do I get it out of there. I havent taken one of these apart the outer part is in nice shape so it would be nice to keep it. I took it off flipped it around shook it and it wont come out of there. Thanks Orlin -
I started with the frame and engine Friday evening today I took it for a spin still have a long ways to go but it runs and moves and stops. I have everything but the tack working and could sure use some ideas. I know that the tack worked a year ago before it was taken apart. To be used as a parts bike so I am a loss as to why it wont work now. Thanks Orlin

I would like to see who can make it on that date, to get a idea of what all to do to get ready. I put it on the calendar so you can RSVP there, and it is posted in the Meet and Eats so if you would like to bring something like a dish to pass or maybe a tool that would be of use for the work on the cycles that maybe a good place for that. This is the first time at doing this so any ideas would be helpfull. Thanks Orlin

50s and sun shine had to go for a ride, I have been working on them all winter feels good when you get payed back by a nice ride. I think I will have to get a ride in today before it rains. Orlin

Hello My Brother in Laws Daughter Elizabeth age 25 found out Sept 25 2011 that she has stage 4 lung cancer. They are going to have a benefit ride for her called Cancer Schmancer in the spring. The date has not been set yet but we are looking for information on doing a benefit ride the whats to do and the not to do. Both of us are new comers to the site less than a year for the both of us. My name is Orlin Engh and he goes by LTC Steve on the site. I got to meet some very nice people at the Leaf Lookers ride Steve didnt get to attend he very much wanted to get to meet some of the people. They do have a page on Face Book with information about what is going on for Elizabeth it is TEAM ELIZABETH. We are just getting into the planing of the ride so any information we can get will be welcomed. Thanks Orlin
