Has anyone dealt with Barton's Motorsports in Tamworth, NH, they have something I want but before I give them a credit card number I would like to see if they can be trusted.

Pioneer Motorsports is hosting a Fall Ride this Sunday October 2nd. Pioneer has been good to us Venture Riders so we should show our support and join them in the run. Thanks http://emarketing.morethanrewards.com/admin/temp/newsletters/3101/spyder2.png

Thanks to Freebird wanting to make MD better each year and easier on us travelers, I was enabled by him to approach Pioneer Motorsports on our clubs behalf. Pioneer Motorsports will be bringing a trailer to MD loaded with oil, filters, brake pads, specialty items , tires, etc, etc, etc....No more trying to carry tires to MD on the back of a bike....no more saddle bags full of clumsy jugs of oil and brake fluid which can spill and ruin our clothes. Chad Armstrong would like your ideas on what items to bring . Along with the usual maintenance items, Chad will start a list of items that you may want to order or to bring and wants our input and ideas....Chad can be reached at (716) 496-6000...His mother (michella) is a member here at ventureriders and co owner of Pioneer(family business)..(you can also pm her with requests). Please check Pioneer out in our venders section. PS.. ALL MEMBERS RECIEVE A 15% DISCOUNT, JUST MENTION YOU ARE A MEMBER........Again, what would you like him to bring down????. www.pioneermotorsport.com

I have been looking for an enclosed trailer to rent in the Chicago land area, to pull 1 or 2 motorcycles. Does anyone know of a place? The only one I could find was Arlington Motorsports, but they are kind of pricey. http://www.arlingtonmotorsportsinc.com/trailer_rentals.htm Thanks.

On the 27th of Feb I was honored to participate in a PGR mission for a corrections officer from Monroe Washington who was killed on his motorcycle by a 16 year old who was on her cell phone and not paying attention to her driving. After the memorial I started up by 05 RSTD and....No lights!! I knew it was a blown fuse but I didn't want to pull the cover on the fuse box, replace the fuse, and have it blow again as I tried to head home at night, only 80 miles but it was getting dark. Our ride Captain called Adventure Motorsports in Monroe. They were getting ready to close but would wait until I got there. As soon as I arrived the mechanic (Luke) took the bike into the shop. He diagnosed the problem as a bad connection from the passing lights...corrected it with a quick rewiring, replaced the fuse, threw in a couple of spares because I didn't have ANY spare fuses. I was charged a total of $12.00! This dealership stayed open for me, fixed the problem and got me back on the road in 1/2 hour! My hat is off to Adventure Motorsports. Here is their address and phone number if you ever need help in my part of Washington state. Adventure Motorsports 17321 Tye St SE #A Monroe, WA 98272 Phone: (360) 805-5550 silverdeer

Gs51 and myself left from South Central Pa. at 8:00AM headed to Chaffee, NY for Big Tom's meet and eat. Soon after we left, it started to rain, and rain, and rain some more! We finally got to Pioneer Motorsports around 3PM, wet tired and hungry. By 4PM the rain had followed us to Pioneer Motorsports. Big Tom very graceiously offered to let us spend the night in his very nice, DRY home. While at his home Big Tom showed us his famous "Blonde Cyote" (NO, NOT Taters'!) Hopefully, tomorrow's weather will be some what drier. Earl

I am looking for recommendations for two top RSV dealers in Western Washington. Or to put it another way; Who have you been most satisfied with, both from a service and sales standpoint? I am familiar with Tacoma Motorsports, Eastside Motosport in Bellvue, and I-90 Motorsports in Issaquah. None of these seem to be interested in RSVs and one place I couldn't even get someone to get off the A$$ to find out what I wanted (hello Tacoma). I have been happy with service at I-90 Moto in Issaquah (for my VStar) but their sales group do not seem interested in RSVs. I am willing to spend the bucks at any place between the Oregon border to the Canadian one if I can be satisfied with BOTH the initial experience and (more imortantly) the follow-up service (as they will be my wrench turners). Here is the opportunity to recognize the truely deserving guys (and if you want to warn of the dark side that is OK too). John

For anyone that lives within striking distance of Birmingham AL (or for that matter, anyone wanting to take a road trip!), the 3rd Annual Vintage Festival takes place Oct. 19-21 at the Barber Motorsports Park. Here's a link to follow for more info: http://www.barbermotorsports.com/events/barber/event-ahrma-general.php We included the Museum during last years' AL Meet & Eat. It is an amazing and highly-recommended place to visit! Terry

Drove down to Coyote Motorsports, in Denver, pulled up right by an 06 Venture. Guy was dropping it off. I told him about the site. Guess we'll see if he stops by. If you do, I said something about the antenna to the owner and he said "It's got a 5 year warranty, of course it's covered". Hope he drops by!
