Well this is the first time I had to cancle a rally, but can't make the NY rally. We had a rough go the last couple months and finance's won't allow us to make the trip. I wan't to thank Big Tom for being so understanding and if you are still on the fence about going, go, I gaurantee you'll have a great time with the New York and Canadian folks. Boy, this really messed up my vacation plans, we were going to see several friends along the way and some family in NY. Also was going to try out the new passport and help some freinds, break in there new house in Canada. Oh well you guys have fun and be safe.

I messed up and bought a Bushtec Roadmaster Trailer. Don't get me wrong, the trailer is outstanding and worth every penny, but I wonder if I should've bought a side car instead. I have bad hips and realize that holding up our bike with our combined 400lbs is getting to be an issue. Since a Trike conversion is sooo expensive, I was thinking that if I had bought a sidecar rather than a trailer, I would've been better off for close to the same money. I could've hauled our extra luggage on long trips in the sidecar AND been able to take a 3rd passenger on short cruises! So, do you agree? Did I mess up?

2 Years ago I messed up my oil filter cover when I changed my own oil and had to get a new one--now I bring my bike in for oil changes which I did yesterday--also asked them to check brakes. They called as I was shopping and asked if I have messed with the rear tire in the past year-I told them no not since they put on a new tire for me. He said thats what I was afraid of , we forgot to put a spacer in and owe you and new set of brake pads. They still have my bike. They called back and said it also messed up the rotors and they are looking for a replacement used one or an after market as a new one is $800.00. I asked how much this was going to cost me. The dealer stated, nothing it was our mistake and we will get it back right before you get it at our cost, it will just take a few more days. Glad I listened to my wife and took it in for the oil change. Sometimes paying a little more can save you over the long run. I have dealt with this dealer for many many years and they have always done me right.

I have such a cold that if it is going to kill me, I just wish it would HURRY UP and get the job done. Thdecongestant I have taken has messed up my head so much, I have had to preview and redo this three times. Hate spring colds. Dave
