The only bit of my bike I don't really like is the Yamaha badge on the trunk. I'd like to remove it & perhaps fit a chrome handle. Has anyone done this? Wondering if it's easy to do, is it held on with lugs, stuck on, will it leave a mark, etc. cheers if you can help.

Finally got the tour-pack on thanks to the bracket from (member) naturbar. The 1998 TC is a little different from the late model TDs, in that there were no quick mount lugs and the rear holes are a little more than a inch different. Oh well, after I finally convinced the parts guy at the stealership...

Hi all, anyone got a spare left hand cruise control kill switch for an 84 Venture Royal for sale? My one works but one of the lugs that hold it in place has snapped?
