I am driving down to Fayetteville Tn on Friday from Kankakee. My folks are coming from Edgewood Ky and want to meet me near or south of Louisville. Looking for a safe place to park the bike and trailer. Will return on sunday headed back northbound.

hey all havent been around much for a while so im sure some of u know and some of u dont that we are moving heading to louisville area in the morning just about all packed up , what a nightmare, especially since i just got back on my leg after being off it all summer !! i have a dilema....and wondering if there is anyone in that area (moving to jeffersonville, indiana to be exact) that would be willing to help unload, hahaha should arrive sometime tuesday and gotta have the truck back to penske wed morning we got waylaid a day and origianlly planned to arrive monday my daughters coming down from ohio to help but as of right now thats the only help , her and dale i cant lift and carry anything heavy so im about worthless- no smart comments lol anyways wish us luck !

Here is our latest! This is Heaven Hill a local Louisville band that is now getting national air play http://wwww.myspace.com/heavenhill We have been given the gig to make a production video for TV and I-Tunes on their hit single "Going Down". We are going to shoot it in the old school style in the vein of early Motely Crue or Van Halen Videos. Should be a fun project. The only downside is it will be shot the same weekend as Don's Maintenance Day, so I'll miss yet another. I am hoping with their success we get some visability with this one on a national level. Anyway, this was just a spur of the moment fun shoot we did at a Derby celebration in Louisville where they were celebrating having the #1 requested Rock song in Louisville. Let me know if you hearing it in your market if your into Rock music. At least one has to be a member... They were gassing up in east Louisville on Hurstborne and I-64 then headed east on I-64. An 03 RSV, 07 RSV and a RSMV. Also traveling with 2 Kaw Voyagers. All 5 bikes were pulling trailers and all 5 were from Illinois. Would have loved to stop and chat, but was already running late.

If so you have to go to Abbey Road on the River in Louisville Kentuky over Memorial day. Its a 5 day event with Beatle bands from all over the world. This event keeps getting better and better every year. Here is the link to the website http://www.abbeyroadontheriver.com/ There is also The Muhamad Ali museum, The Louisvill Slugger bat museum and 6 flags park (the wife still likes the roller coasters) so there is a lot to do in the Louisville area. Breaking records for warm WX this time of the Winter Season in Louisville KY. The wife and I rode about 100 miles yesterday. Found a new German Cusine Restaurant and had lunch. (Love German Food, spent 5 years over there) Waved at LOTS of bikers. Was glad to see their bikes weren't put away either. My '08 RSV is just a little tall in the seat for my 29 inch inseam, but I love it anyway. I just have to be careful when I'm walking it on my tiptoes during parking. We rode South on highway 31W for about 50 miles to Elizabethtown KY to a "Peddlars Mall" that had leathers, but none would fit us just right. But we had a good time and that's what is important. At age 65 I have finally figured out that there is NEVER an end to the list of things that need doing. Therefore, I now make some time every day to have some fun. Keep Safe Everyone!
