Slow day at work so I went exploring. Is this the software's place for putting stuff like the tech library? Just curious. -
Thanks to StarFan for finding this excellent video. I have move this to the Tech Library at his request. Don Found this neat video on youtube on how to change the speedo face on the 1996 to 2001 Royal Stars. Very detailed and recorded in good quality. Had started a thread some months ago asking how to do this with no results. Should/can we add this to the Technical Library ? Trying to find the part number for a alternate fuel filter. Not interested in relocating it just one that will fit for less than 21 bucks plus tax. Suppose to be in the library but my searches keep coming up blank.

I have started a thread in the 2nd Gen Tech Library to cross reference non-Yamaha parts that can be used to save money over the expensive factory items. I recently added this information to the tech library. [ame=http://www.venturerider.org/forum/showthread.php?p=355001#post355001]Thermostat Cross Reference - VentureRider.Org[/ame] I was later asked if these thermostats would also work in the second gen. I guess I could look up part numbers and etc. and try to figure it out but does anybody know right off hand if the first gen and second gen thermostats are the same?

Has anyone thought about setting up some sort of lending library for riding dvd's and instructional videos? To be honest I havnt thought logistics yet, but the idea is intrigueing to me. It would be a good way to share movies about biking and especially the ride like a pro series. Any ideas whether this is a good or bad idea would be appreciated. Brian:cool10:
