I have a set of Khrome werks of my new to me 2002 venture. They are just a bit to loud and I'm sure I'm waking neighbors up at 4:30 in the morning comming home from work. I was wondering if they can be repacked to make them a quieter?

Just got my Road Kings swapped out to the Khrome Works I picked up from Godlover. I am really liking the sound of those. Sounds kind of Maserati'ish... Good looking pipes too.

Are Khrome Werks slip ons for a Harley Touring the same pipes for the Venture?

AND TRY TO WIPE THE SMILE FROM MY FACE!!!!!! I just wrapped up installing my Mustang Seat w/DBR and Khrome Werks pipes!!!! MAN DO THEM PIPES SOUND GREAT!!! I will load pictures tomorrow evening.

Howdy After being overseas (you do not want to know) I am back to my Royal Star and have been offered a set of Khrome werks with 2000 miles . I have the Harley RK muffs except the bracketts but my friend wants $100 for the Khromes and claims I can remove them for long road trips quite easily. I need loud pipes in the city as several times I've had to dodge cell phone users. Are these Khromes worth it and can they be easily removed to put back on the OEM Good to be back in the arms of Yamaha owners. I rode a HD Fat Boy over seas and what a treat to be back in the Yamaha machine Thanks in advance Max

Removed stock slip on mufflers on 2007 midnight venture while waiting on new khrome werks slip on mufflers. Found out that i could not remove the metallic exhaust gaskets without tearing. Does anyone know if the khrome werks will come with gastkets or do i have to find locally.

Ordered khrome werks slip on but have not heard in person. Heard a set of bub sleepers that had nice deep tone. The only sound clip of khrome werks that i could find did not sound as deep but i realize that i am hearing on internet. Could someone that owns khrome werks let me know is tone is close to bubs before i call and change my order.

I just installed the Khrome Werks slip on mufflers on my '05 Venture and am quite happy with the sound. The only thing that concerns me is that when shifting into second or third gear on acceleration there is a "pop" if the revs are taken up a bit too high. Will this cause any problems? If so, what can I do about it?

I ordered one and should be getting it this coming week. Any tips for installing and setting it up? What settings (redline and advance curve number) do you guys that have one use? I have stock pipes/jetting with K&N filters will I have any jetting issues after adding the Dyna ignition or not and if I add khrome werks or bub slip ons a little later on will I then have to re-jet or is it still ok stock (not that I'm adverse to that, I'd just like to know how much I'll end up spending )?
