MK1's. '84 Venture Std. Has anyone removed the brake lines to the anti-dive units? I did this on a '82 Suzuki GS1100 and the braking improved drastically. Right now braking is really vague until much pressure is applied.

I put the new Avon Cobra Radial on the frount of my 2000 rsv, I already have a nexum 165/80/15 radial car tire on back. The ride is great, and the handling is super. I did not think it would make that much diffierence in the ride, but it does, much smoother on rough pavement. Seems to have improved grip in curves, will keep yall posted, as the miles add up. thunder beach was a blast Gregg

These days I find that most products rarely come-up to what's advertised. But today I installed a Mix-It2, so that I could hear my satelite radio and the Garmin at the same time without an overall reduction in sound volume and quality, and without having to use a switch. Not only does this thing work as advertised but it has taken all static out of the system and improved the sound quality. And not just on the XM but overall! I am not generally easy to satisfy, so when I find a product that truly exceeds expectations I figure they deserve a little word of mouth advertising. www.mixitproducts.com

My 86 Venture Royale has been tuned up and the dealer balanced the carbs. It seems to accelerate very well but dies off quickly as it approaches 90 mph. The maximum speed is about 95 mph. I ran cleaner through the engine which improved the acceleration but still no top end. Can defective carburetor diaphragms allow the bike to run smoothly, accelerate well but have no top end? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
