Hi, anybody live in or around Fullerton California that wouldn't mind bringing a message for me? Got somebody down there that I bought a scale from for $371.00, they charged my account, but somehow didn't get the order and now they seem to be impossible to communicate with. The place is called StarLight Digital 1945 W. Commonwealth Ave Ste J Fullerton, CA 92833-3036. Let me know if you are interested. Thanks Carl

This past weekend, on the Central Kentucky ride, the switch that controls the speaker/headphones got a bit strange acting then quit working altogether. When I got home, I took it apart and found one of the legs on the switch had broken off, and because of its size, will be mostly impossible to repair. I wonder if anyone has a spare that they would sell. Either the switch button or the black plastic enclosure that the switch fits in to. I would appreciate any thoughts on a technique to repair it as well.

We had the radio on at work. After the first plane hit, I thought "what a freak accident", then the second one hit and I was thinking it's impossible, this can't be happening...

OK, I've always been told that the proper length for CB coax should be done in 3' increments, with the optimal length being 18'. I've heard that if you cut your coax in lengths shorter than 18', setting your SWR's would be at best difficult if not impossible. So my question is, if I wish to put a CB on my bike, do I need to find a place to stuff 18' of coax?

Whie going to pick up my daughter's Christmas present today (a horse), I saw a red dually pulling a Tahoe fifth wheel trailer (with Florida plates) with a Venture and V-Star behind the fifth wheel. It was near impossible to tell the color of the bikes because of all of the raod grime. Gonna take a few days to clean those bikes.

Well, I bought a set of slash cuts to install. Told me it had the converter. Turns out they both have the converter so apparently I was sent to right(?) sides. Lovely. The converter wasn't what I'd pictured. Figured it would be pellets to get out. Turns out it's layers of metal in an interesting patter. Cutting it looks impossible without knowing what a cutaway version looks like. The end has the usual look to it, but the engine side doesn't. Not sure anything can be done, or that I can run them. Sigh.
