Linda was on her way home from church, an suv was stopped in front of her to let another car turn. She made a complete stop - for about 2 seconds, then a 4wd pickup behind her didn't get stopped, didn't even find his brakes til impact. It appears that the damage to her vehicle is just exterior stuff, bumper, grill, core support and a few other things that I couldn't see because the hood was inoperable. The good news is that nobody was hurt, I reserve that statement because we're both 70 and tomorrow will tell the tale. There will no doubt be some whiplash effect show up tomorrow, just hoping it will be minimal and not long lasting. And how is your Sunday turning out ?

I have put dual Sebel Air hons on my 89 Venture and love them. They really get the attention when you need it. Afew years ago my wife was stopped behind a dump truck when it began backing up. She honked her puny ineffective compact car horn and the truck just kept on coming on up over the hood. There was no one hurt but it sure scared her and our son. I put a Stebel on that car and it solved that problem. Since then I have been replacing the wimpy horns in cars that I buy. I recently bought a 97 Toyota Rav IV and tried to do the same but I can't find the horn. I have looked everywhere that I could think of, put my head under the hood while someone inside honks away til i am near deaf. (the factory horns are useless in traffic but darn loud up close) DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE THE FACTORY HORN IS IN A 97 TOYOTA RAV IV PLEASE? I have bought the Stebel and it looks great in the box. Well after about 4,600 miles a couple of weeks and a couple of days we made it (ground zero). The house still stands the pets are alive and other than a few dead flowers every thing is good in da hood. Wow did we see some country and a fantastic rally and again the Venture Riders are the best people to be found ANYWHERE......... Will post more after we settle in.

I need a little help, some of you know that my wife Sweetnothing is headed to Houston to see her mother in the hospital. The plan for her travels today will hopefully get her to the Little Rock area, or perhaps Texarkana. Could anyone in the area, if they have the info, steer me to a decent place for Lonna and her daughter to spend the night. I want to keep her out of the "Hood" and at a decently priced motel. If anyone can help me out it would greatly be appreciated, my cell is 810 531 5128 and Lonnas is 810 531 4243, thanks in advance....Squid
