A girlfriend of ours needs a new chain and she is on a budget what would be a good brand of chain without spending a arm and a leg. Shop quoted her 300 bucks installed but I'm pretty sure I can put it on. 1999 Honda VLX 650 or 600 cc Thanks

Just said goodbye to my son. He is leaving the Island and heading to some village east of the rockies. I believe it is called Toronto. Going to meet up with his girlfriend and find some work. There just isn't any work out here for him. Has his bike in the van and is looking to ride back there next summer.

Here is a little program that you can make yours or someone Else's voice work on your Garmin. I was thinking of having my Daughter Enter the voice commands. Like Daddy, I have to recalculate again damn it ! Or you can have your wife or girlfriend yell at you when you made the wrong turn! I think It would be fun to try. Just thought I would pass it along to everybody! have fun with it. http://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=4754 Jeff

This saturday we went to Fayetteville NC to visit Jeff's Aunt and Grandmother. They were staying down there with his cousin Dean. He's in the army. We had a great time and got to meet Dean's new girlfriend, and his new dog. We also got to see his new toy. After his last return from Iraq he went out and got himself a bike. He bought a Harley. We told him we loved him anyway. Anyway I took a couple of pics of his new toy. So if your down in the area and you see a guy on this bike you'll know who he is. He has to go back to Iraq in June. I'm hoping to get him and his girlfriend to come to our annual year end/beginning meet on Jan 3rd. Here's the pics of his bike. Plus I threw in a pic of Jeff, Trisha, Dean and the dog (Shannon) and a pic of Jeff with his grandmother.

While looking thru ebay tonite I came across a MM RSV and after looking at the pictures, I thought I knew the bike, so I emailed the owner and asked him if he had been to one of the Vogel rallies and he replied that he had. To make a long story short, he has broken up with his girlfriend and is getting out of motorcylcing for a while, and thus it appears on Ebay. It still bears the scars from the lay down he had with it, but they are not that bad really. Check it out. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=330221159942&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:MOTORS:1123

First, thanks again to all of you for your prayers, messages of support and general well wishes. It meant quite alot knowing you guys were sending positive thoughts while I was getting the finest treatment Wheeling, WV has to offer. Its been two and a half months since the accident. I'm still at home, and still not allowed to put any weight on the leg (turns out I had 8 breaks, femur to foot). I still have some open wounds, and my foot is still the size and color of a small holiday ham. On the plus side, I am now allowed to try walking with crutches, can sit in the front seat of the car like a big boy, and I returned to playing keyboards with my band, after lowering my equipment. My one month old venture was totaled and bought by the insurance company, (at a profit!) I'm going to wait until I'm healed before getting a replacement. My girlfriend has been an angel through all of this, so while in ICU the second time, I asked her to marry me. Surprisingly, she wants me to get another cycle. So while not currently a venture owner, I plan on still being a venture rider. By the way, I have two of the Yamaha headsets, never used, that I'm offering for sale. I'll post details in the correct forum. Wishing y'all a great holiday season, Jim
