I have had my Frogg Toggs for I believe aprox. three years now. For the most part I love the product and have rode my motorcycle through some pretty severe thunder storms. However I do have one beef. That is the zipper. Every now and again for what appears to be no reason at all, the zipper will pull apart in the middle. So on March 27, 2012 at 1:00 AM I decided to write them , and sent an E-mail to, marketing@froggtoggs.com More so for the purpose of feed back then complaining since the product only has a one year warranty and I wasn't expecting much. I was suprised when, at 9:00 AM the same day I recieved the following reply from Kevin Gentle. I sent them the requested info and this morning, true to their word, via UPS I recieved my new jacket, with the new heavier duty zipper, and they even covered the shipping. It is a real pleasure in this day and age to deal with a company with integrity and who have enough pride in there product to stand behind it dispite the limitations of the warranty. For this I say say thank you Kevin and the Frogg Togg company.

Just a note to let you know about excellent service. Marca split the zipper on her Frogg Togg Jacket. We had bought our suits at Hully Gully in London last year, but didn't have the reciepts any more. I emailed FT with my problem and within a day a got a note back stating their policy, and that they had experinced problems with zippers being too light and coming apart, so I could ship the jacket back to them and the would see what could be done. So that's just what I did. Here comes the fun part, I shipped via Expedited Parcel, Canada Post. Put it in the mail on Oct 12, it arrived in Mississauga the day following, and sat there until Oct 24 at which time it progressed to International shipping and finally left Canada on the 25, arriving at FT on the first. I then informed FT that the item had arrived, finally, and they weren't impressed, but told me that the turn around would be 2 weeks, and so not to expect it any sooner. I told them I understood. Yesterday,,,,, a package was delivered,,,,(about 1 week after it arrived at their place, and in that time they even fixed it it ) the same jacket with a new upgraded zipper,,,,, no charge Mr Norg, pleasure doing business with you, have a great day. THANKS FROGG TOGGS for the excellent service, and for making up lost time on the part of Canada Post. I will buy FT again, but not Canada Post

Well just wanted to pass along that it IS NOT a good idea to throw your Frogg Togg Jacket in the dryer to get the wrinkles out! It went from an Extra Large to an Extra Small in 2 minutes

I would like to know what model of Frogg Toggs you use?

Read the post a couple weeks ago about the frogg togg knock offs for $25.00 at Walmart:think:. Gary and I have checked 4 Walmart's and all they have are plastic rains suits in a bag, and pants (19.88 and jacket for another $19.88). Is this something they just carry in early spring?

I was strolling around our local Sam's Club today and I noticed rain suits that looked like Frogg Toggs. They had some sort of reptile type logo and indicated that they were a Sam's exclusive item. They looked like Frogg Toggs and felt like Frogg Toggs and I am speculating that they were made by Frogg Toggs. The suits with a stuff sack were about $26. A pretty decent deal if you need a rain suit. They had them in grey, blue, green and tan. Personally I wear the FroggToggs Road Toads. DT
