I am one of those that is spending Christmas Eve at work (surfing the web) while the rest of my family is eating and laughing and opening presents. But at least I was mean enough to not deliver my stuff ahead of time. All of those that are getting stuff from me will have to wait until I am there.

I am also an IBMC member ( international brotherhood of motorcycle campers ) and am thinking of going to the get together for new year's eve near Ocala Fl and wondering if anyone from here is going. Tom

Well it's New year's eve and we will be busy today like most I suspect will be. So I will wish everyone here and there family's a HAPPY NEW YEAR. May the up coming year be good to everyone. Joe

Thought I'd share a few pics of my kids and grandkids....Each year we have a new theme for Christmas eve. This year was "hats"...I'm missing a few pics of a couple of my grandsons.. They were at their moms house....oh yea, Buffalo Bodnar was here also ! We had a grand time.....

So... for New Years eve we had a small party at the house and I now have a future son-in-law, he proposed to my daughter at 11:58 pm 12-31-10 Was a great night with family and friends.

After three weeks in the Garden of Eden, God came to visit Eve. "So, how is everything going?" inquired God. "It is all so beautiful, God," she replied. "The sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking, the smells, the sights, everything is wonderful, but I have just one problem. It's these breasts you have given me. The middle one pushes the other two out and I am constantly knocking them with my arms, catching them on branches and snagging them on bushes. They're a real pain." And Eve went on to tell God that since many other parts of her body came in pairs, 20 such as her limbs, eyes, ears, etc. She felt that having only two breasts might leave her body more "symmetrically balanced". "That's a fair point," replied God, "But it was my first shot at this, you know. I gave the animals six breasts, so I figured that you needed only half of those, but I see that you are right. I will fix it up right away." And God reached down, removed the middle breast and tossed it into the bushes Three weeks passed and God once again visited Eve in the Garden of Eden. " Well, Eve, how is my favorite creation?" "Just fantastic," she replied, "But for one oversight. You see, all the animals are paired off. The ewe has a ram and the cow has her bull. All the anim als have a mate except me. I feel so alone." God thought for a moment and said, "You know, Eve, you are right. How could I have overlooked this? You do need a mate and I will immediately create a man from a part of you. Let's see....where did I put that useless boob?" Now doesn't THAT make more sense than all that crap about the rib?

jokes and humor section, but thought you might enjoy this as much as I did!! Why Men Can Pee Standing Up God was just about done creating humans, but he had two parts left over. He couldn't decide how to split them between Adam and Eve so He thought He might just as well ask them. He told them one of the things He had left was a thing that would allow the owner to pee while standing up. "It's a very handy thing." God told them, " and I was wondering if either one of you had a preference for it." Well, Adam jumped up and down and begged, "Oh, please give that to me! I'd love to be able to do that! It seems like just the sort of thing a man should have. Please! Pleeease!! Give it to me!" On and on he went like an excited little boy. Eve just smiled and told God that if Adam really wanted it so badly, he could have it. So God gave Adam the thing that allowed him to pee standing up. Adam was so excited he just started whizzing all over the place-first on the side of a rock, then he wrote his name in the sand, and then he tried to see if he could hit a stump ten fee away-laughing with delight all the while. God and Eve watched him with amusement and then God sait to Eve, "Well, I guess you're kind of stuck with the last thing I have left." "What's it called?" asked Eve. "Brains." said God! :crackup:

If you have no invitations to any parties this year, here is an official one for you. We are having a New Year's Eve Toga Chat Party! If your Toga is at the cleaners, wear a sheet. We promise to have the heat turned up! Drinks are no charge, bring your favorite snack. If you have better things to do with your last night of 2008; at least just stop in to say hi, or lurk for a while. Remember all names have been changed to protect the innocent. No surcharge, no bouncers needed, and rooster promised to be good, so he says. It promises to be an interesting evening. The party starts around 9PM EST, or whenever you get there.
