    i am getting new tires, and wanted to just be 100% sure before i pull the trigger, that MR90H-18 are infact the same as 120/90-18? also, is the MU90HT-16 the right rear? i've had dunlops and avons before, and i think i am going to try out the e3's on both front and back, assuming that is the right size. thanks in advance, guys!

    WWW help

    eagleeye posted a topic in Watering Hole

    I need help finding a maxxis 150/90-15 WWW. It seems that they quit making them and can find the front, but not a rear in WWW. If you know of another WIDE WWW, I'd for sure check them out. I know that I can get Dunlop 404 WWW but they aren't as wide, and I want a WIDE-WWW. If I have to, I'll get the dunlops. Thanks, Steve

    I have a 08 venture and I rode it to work today and on the way back when i get around 50mph I hear a hum sound in the rear almost like the tires on a truck make but not quit or a gear humming, any idea? It has the factory dunlops on it and I have never heard it before today and I feel alittle vibration also but that could be normal and I am trying to sence things. Thanks for any imput.

    I would like to get some input from our members as it is almost time to replace the tires on my 07 venture. The originals are on it. Dunlop D404's. I have 13000 miles on them now and will likely get another 1000 or so. This is my second bike. The V star I had before this had Dunlops D404's on it as well so I dont really have anything to compare to. I have read a number of threads and it seems that alot of members like the Avons. I also read that there are different types of Avon's that should be considered. So here are my questions. What are the advantages of the Avons over the Dunlops? Do the Avons tend to get more treadwear than the Dunlops? Which Avon is the best one to consider? Are there any other tire brands I should be considering? Where is a good place on line to purchase? Thanks in advance for your input. Jim
