I thought I should take a ride thru Wascana Park in Regina SK. today before the first frost of the season that is forecast tonight takes most of the leaves. It was a good time to try out Drift camera and take a short ride thru what is touted as the largest urban park in North America. Then I went into downtown a bit until the 2gb card filled up. Ive got the Drift set at 1080 res but I am sure that You Tube really drops resolution. I am really happy with the camera and mount it in a couple of places on the bike, but still like the low mount point on the front crash bar the best for around town. Brian

I just ordered one of those $98 Drift Cameras. Once I get it and have it figured out on how to use it and post video on here I'll show you folks what eastern Ontario riding is all about. Ordered IN CANADA! total price was 110.74 including shipping (that's to Ontario with 13% HST) I know there was another thread on these cameras and the supplier mentioned there did not ship into Canada http://www.visions.ca Sale ends tomorrow

After reading many articles on the Go Pro Hero and Drift HD 170 cameras, has anyone used the Drift HD 170 and if so, I would like to know the Pros and Cons in your opinion. I read the posts here on VR about the Go Pro but think I like the aerodynamics, viewing screen, controls and remote on the Drift maybe a little better...but not sure......sooo help me decide .... THANKS ... Freddie

Went Halibut fishing on San Francisco Bay all day yesterday. Unlike the previous trip where we slayed the Butt's, this time we didn't land one. But all was not lost. One our first drift I landed a 53" 50# White Sea Bass. My first WSB, and the biggest on the Bay this year.

Just HAD to post a new thread to extol the virtues of my new Stebel horn. I love it! Haven't even blown anyone's doors off yet........but I know I'm gonna! If you DON'T have one......go buy one today. Never let that goof in the Ford pickup or that little old lady in the Mercury Marquis drift aimlessly into your lane again!! I can't WAIT for my first altercation. Am I sounding passive/aggressive yet? Too many years of being cut off, I guess. Have a great weekend, folks......I know I WILL!! Mike -
Something else to look out for. I changed plugs yesterday and when I went to remove the fuel hose from the tank valve (fingers only) the whole brass tube pulled out of the valve. This could ruin your whole day if it fell out on the road. Imagine nice warm $3.78 a gal. gasoline running down your left calf and filling your boot. I made an aluminum drift and tapped it back in gently but I think I will still come up with a way to safety wire it. Anyway you might want to give your's a good tug before your next ride and make sure you turn it to off every time you shut off the engine, especially if you have an 04.
