OK, here's the scenario - My neighbor won 2 day rentals (that is qty 2 of a 1 day rental) from a local HD dealership. She doesn't ride nor does her husband, family, etc. She offered them to me. I have to use them this weekend or they expire. What to do? 1) As some of you know - I am a long distance rider. Should I go for BBQ? In Kansas City (1180 miles round trip). 2) Ask a friend to putt around the state for the day (paging Scooter Bob, Scooter Bob to the white courtesy phone)? 3) Should I just don some pirate wear, apply fake tattoos, put my wife in a tubetop, and go bar hopping? Decisions, decisions. RR

My lawyer and Barrister worked really hard today for four hours, negotiating my claim. It was diminished a fair bit, but the best outcome they could achieve under the circumstances. It will be about three months till any funds are in our bank.... but big decisions to be made now!!!!! Only one I'm sure of is: "See you in 2013" Plans to follow

Linda and I got here to Melbourne Austarlia a couple days ago and have hardly stopped. Dining is a real experience on Ligon street as there are 2 blocks on both sides of the street with sidewalk cafes. Decisions, decisions - the easiest way to decide is to look at their menu that's posted on the sidewalk or in their window is to and check out which beer or wine we want with our meal. The zoo, Melbourne Museum, Victoria Market - shoulda brought the bike when I see how much walking we're doing. None the less, we're having way too much fun

Bought a 2001 Valkyrie last weekend with 7,300 miles on it and truly love riding this bike. With my wife having her own bike and our 2 up riding a minimum, thinking of selling my 2008 RSV-S. Decisions, decisions!

I have an Anniversary coming up in a couple of weeks and was reflecting back on time. It will be 31 years with Melissa my best friend and soul mate. But that is not really the reason for this message. My reason for the thread is how I got to 31 years and counting. Listen up all you young guys. It all goes back to my grandfather and his secret that was passed on to me at my grandparents 65th anniversary party. I asked him how do you make it through 65 years? His answer was, Well I told her she gets to make all the little decisions and I get to make all the big decisions. After 65 years I haven't had a Big Decision...

Almost for certain 2008 is the last 2nd generation, so should we (would you) buy into the last of the 2nd, or wait 'till 2009 or later to be among the first of the new 3rd generation owners? Especially if the 5 year warranty remains with the v-4's, unlike the v-2's... Decisions decisions...

Again, a new riding season and I am faced with indecision on what type of communication device to use between me and my wife's scoot. I have the VR with a good Cb, but I don't know what to do with Ladyriders scoot. J&M has a new handlebar mount Cb, but is costly when you have to get the headset and mounting with it. Nady, I have heard a lot of con with it and am leary. What I need is a bike to bike radio that will hook up to her Ipod and play sterio to her headset. If I go FRS, I will have to get two. Maybe the price for FRS vs Cb equals in the end? :confused07: Does anybody have any experience with any of these add-ons and can give me a testimonial?
