well my computer quit. i got a new one but lost all my last post counts is this normal. my join date is even wrong is there any way to get it all back:doh:

Well had our meeting at work and it was not good.With all the BS that has been going on at work and communication between Canada and US offices about runs and no good out come I guess I am totally out of work now. I am getting unemployment for now unless they decide to stop it. I will file for SS on Monday and hope for the best till I reach 62 in February. In the mean time I will have to sell off a few things so my ride will be listed again in the classifieds at a rock bottom price of $7000 :bawling:if sold by next due date of Dec 22nd. There is a lien on title but rest assured it will be paid off at time of sale and pay off letter issued may take a few days tho. I'm no way a scam artist so not to worry this is not a scam. Joe

Just to chime in. Get home in one pice from Pork in the Pines, Ride was nice just gas and go 12 hours strait. Once again I realy dont have enough words to say thanks to all of you guys hosting this great event. Who ever didnt come for whotever reason, make sure to put date in your calendar. I have laugh my ass of, meet new friends and get drunk old ones right Renate? Love you all.

When I turned on my laptop a little while ago, a screen came up that said I had been viewing copy righted material or even child porn and the FBI had locked up my computer. The only way I could get it unlocked was to got to a store that sells the green cards and put $100 on it and use the information to load on to their page and within 1 to 48 hours, my computer would be unlocked. The only way I could get around it was to manually shut down my computer with the on/off button and then when I hit the on button, I held the ESC button until it came up in the safe mode. I was able to do a restore to an earlier date and when I restarted it, it seems to be working OK. I checked with Snopes and there are some Sober viruses that sound similar to this. Has anyone heard of this? RandyA

i took the bike to the shop today i could not find the problem replaced coil plugs cleaned jets ck compression. so now i hope thay find it i will up date when thay call said will look at tomorrow of fri bumble bee 1999 rsv

I'm probably just missing it again but I was trying to do a search for all posts on a certain date. In the advanced there is a date function but it requires you to also be searching for a word. Is there a way to search for ALL posts from all forums on a specific day or range of days?

OK folks, I'm trying to set a date for Maintenance Day. I always have to squeeze it in between company meetings, trade shows, etc. At this time, I'm looking at Saturday June 2nd. There will always be those who have conflicts on whatever date I pick but so far, this seems like the best date. I'm just putting it up for your comments.

I ordered E3 tires from Jake Wilson and they arrived yesterday. The rear tire has a date stamp of 1310 and the front is 3907. When I ordered the tires, I called and asked them to check the date codes for me. The lady I talked to assured me that the tires sell so fast that I souldn't have any problem with getting old tires because they rotate their stock. I'm planning on calling tomarrow to see about returning the front tire for a newer one. I remember reading a thread about this happening to someone else on the site. How should I handle the call to asure that I get a tire that is hopefully 2 years old or less?

Since this is a Vogal year, I threw it out about having a long weekend meet and eat for the weekend of June 10-12th as we have done in the past and meeting at the Asheville KOA campground. It appears that we are getting very little interest this year, which may be the combination of Vogal, the economy and the date that was set, which is the weekend after Freebird's MD, or whatever. Also Warrior sent me a PM about a M&E in Asheville on the 18th, but I have not seen where he has posted anything. Sooooo, if June 10-12th is not a good time for many that are interested in coming, maybe we could target another date, maybe in July, as I am game for that. Or if there is just not enough interest this year, maybe we can try to put together a bigger rally next year. But, if we are going to cancel this year, I will need to notify the KOA campground so they will not hold those spaces for us. I really did want to try June this year as this is really late spring up on the Blue Ridge Parkway and the colors are wonderful and the camping would normally be just a little cooler than July or August. So, please give me some feedback so I can put some things together, one way or the other. Thanks, RandyA

I'm trying to modify one of my excel sheets but can't figure what formula(s) to use. I track regional fuel costs on a weekly basis for billing purposes. I want to be able to insert the first monday of each year and have the formula fill each subsequent monday within the respective month. (More specific I need the first Monday after the 25th of each month which means in some years that would be a December date) My problem lies in the fact that some months will have 5 and others only 4 such dates. This is what I have so far and I want to replace the "week #" with an actual date. 12/26/10 week 1 3.012 3.256 January week 2 3.029 3.303 week 3 3.050 3.308 week 4 3.056 3.392 week 5 3.068 3.421 total 3.043 3.336 $ 3.28 01/26/11 week 1 3.041 3.432 February week 2 3.067 3.501 week 3 3.089 3.524 week 4 3.132 3.557 week 5 total 3.082 3.504 $ 3.42 For purposes of this sample the first Monday would actually be 12/27/10 and week 5 in February should remain blank as the 2/28 falls in the next billing cycle. here's a question i dont think i've read and if so please forgive me or you can thump my head in june at maint day.called jake wilson before i ordered my 150/90-15(80h)avon venom am42 rear black wall tire to get date off of tire and they told me its from20 09 09 which i figure is sept-09 2009 which puts it at being a year and a half old already,didnt ask if it was a controled temp warehouse but what is the oldest tire (date) i should consider????

I just noticed the date is January 15th. It was 42 years ago today in 1969 that I was inducted into the U. S. Air Force and I remember it as if it were yesterday. Wow, that was a long time ago. RandyA

I was wondering if there was a way to include a date a thread was posted for the first time beside the heading or title? ive just noticed quite a few old posts come to life lately and am wondering if that date addition might help eliminate postings on a stale dated thread? Brian

Does anyone know or have heard when the new yammies are coming out this year, I don't care what they might have on them as much as a date on when.. Seems like last year it was around mid Sept.
