While we were laying in bed in the dark this morning, it was that moment of silence before the busy week begins. My lovely wife rolled over and cuddled up to me and said, why don't we both call in and clear our schedules and ride the bike north through the Ozarks and grab a bite at Lamberts Cafe? I thought about her seductive offer and.....turned it down due to a couple of client projects I had scheduled at work. AM I ON THE EDGE OF CRAZY????? After 30 years of marriage I'm turning down riding the bike???? Is this a sign of things to come with old age? Am I gonna start turning down other key things she offers??? I'm worried about myself.

THANK YOU! ... for all your efforts to keep the peace on this site ... you're doing a GREAT job! I say this as, since getting my Wing, I have been spending a fair amount of time on a "wing forum" (not mentioning which one) ... and I just can't believe all the flaming and bikkering going on there ... it's crazy ... there's at least 3 guys who are constantly at each other's throats ... kinda hilarious to read their posts as they "battle it out" LOL but it sure is nice to not see that here!

I am not one to really ask for much for myself, but it has come time that I will require some higher support. I was was doing stupid things thinking I was 20 again about a month ago. Anyway, I took a bad fall, and dislocated my shoulder. That was an easy fix, no major issues there, but I also dislocated my collar bone from the breast plate. That is the hard part. It does not want to heal, and the pain is making me a little more crazy than normal as it is constant. I have an appointment with specialist next week to go over what ever options there may be. I hate to ask for myself, but I believe if you could please send a few prayers my way, this will help me to heal and hopefully keep me off of the operating table..... Thank you, Rob

Crazy Facts You Probably Don’t Know. Many years ago in Scotland, a new game was invented. It was ruled “Gentlemen Only…Ladies Forbidden”…and thus the word GOLF entered into the English language. The first couple to be shown in bed together on prime time TV was Fred and Wilma Flintstone. Every day more money is printed for Monopoly than the US Treasury. Men can read smaller print than women can; women can hear better. Only two people signed the Declaration of Independence on July 4th, John Hancock and Charles Thomson. Most of the rest signed on August 2, but the last signature wasn’t added until 5 years later. The State with the highest percentage of people who walk to work: Alaska The percentage of Africa that is wilderness: 28% (now get this…) The percentage of North America that is wilderness: 38% The cost of raising a medium-size dog to the age of eleven: $ 16,400 Q. Half of all Americans live within 50 miles of what? A. Their birthplace Q. Most boat owners name their boats. What is the most popular boat name requested? A. Obsession The San Francisco Cable cars are the only mobile National Monuments. In the 1400′s a law was set forth that a man was not allowed to beat his wife with a stick no thicker than his thumb. Each king in a deck of playing cards represents a great king in history: Spades – King David Hearts – Charlemagne Clubs -Alexander, the Great Diamonds – Julius Caesar If a statue in the park of a person on a horse has both front legs in the air, the person died in battle. If the horse has one front leg in the air the person died as a result of wounds received in battle. If the horse has all four legs on the ground, the person died of natural causes. In Shakespeare’s time, mattresses were secured on bed frames by ropes. When you pulled on the ropes the mattress tightened, making the bed firmer to sleep on. Hence the phrase “goodnight, sleep tight.” It was the accepted practice in Babylon 4,000 years ago that for a month after the wedding, the bride’s father would supply his son-in-law with all the mead he could drink. Mead is a honey beer and because their calendar was lunar based, this period was called the honey month, which we know today as the honeymoon. In English pubs, ale is ordered by pints and quarts… So in old England, when customers got unruly, the bartender would yell at them “Mind your pints and quarts, and settle down.” It’s where we get the phrase “mind your P’s and Q’s” More Crazy Facts Many years ago in England, pub frequenters had a whistle baked into the rim, or handle, of their ceramic cups. When they needed a refill, they used the whistle to get some service. “Wet your whistle” is the phrase inspired by this practice. Q. Yes I do know I left myself wide open with that statement I'm getting to the point where I want to start looking at putting some time in on the '99. What I need from you folks here is this, I want to locate a smashed 2nd Gen, I dont care about the plastic. It obviously cant look like a pretzel, but I need the hardware off the bike and perhaps some of the sub assembly framework. I will go crazy trying to nickle and dime find all this stuff so I'd like to purchase a complete wrecked bike. I will be watching Crashed Toys and other such sites, but if you could pass on info if you see a wrecked RSV in your local Craigslist or any other listings I would really appreciate it.

Ok folks I might be losing my marbles so I have come here to validate either I am crazy, going deaf (selectively) or this really is happening. Ok my bike has modified mufflers; the ends and first baffle have been removed. I think it sounds awesome (although not sure Skydoc has embraced the sound). Anyways, once the bike gets warmed up nicely I swear it gets quieter (not sure that is a word) My thoughts on this is either I am going deaf in direct relation to the bike warming up. Which could be nice when the wife comes along and wants to discuss meaning of life or other sundry details not pertinent to enjoyong the ride. This scenario is not likely. I am crazy and this isn't happening at all. Quite possible as I shot a stump once because I swear it looked like a deer staring at me. Now before PETA fanatics start blasting me for wanton destruction of Bambys let me state I do not hunt for sport but rather to supplement my grocery bill and besides I love venison. This really is happening; maybe due to thermal expansion or something else. Thoughts? And yes I have tried to treat the symptom with SeaFoam and now my ears are on fire

Could it be possible to have some kind of perimeter sensor installed so that while you were driving, if someone drove their vehicle too close to the sides or rear of the bike, the stebel horn would AUTOMATICALLY SOUND? Kinda like an advance warning... I know it sounds crazy, that's why I'm asking... Some of you people can get real clever!

We had this guy that worked with us that was just crazy, he'd go out and drink and just do crazy stuff. Almost every weekend he would come in on Monday with another crazy story. He actually was at a party once and driving his truck and sitting in the window and trying to steer while another friend operated the gas, he actually ran him self over. He fell out of the truck and it went over him. He was pretty boogered up for awhile but eventually was right back at the parties and doing similer stuff. This spring he got himself an old harley, I dont know what it was even tho he came to work a week ago and I talked to him about bikes and work for a half hour or so. I worried about him having a bike but said he was drinking less and knew they were dangerous. I got a call tonight from a mutual friend that told me he was at a party last night and died on his way home. He leaves behind a young wife and 2 small children, So sad and so hard to get these young people to understand how short life is and how fast we can make a mistake and end it.

Trying to keep up with our on line bills and accounts. Every month paying bills is crazy. Web sites constantly upgrading security measures. Your password will expire in 10 days and no you can't use that one again. Please answer the following security questions. Oh you must have cleaned out your registry we do not recognize your computer. Nothing wrong with trying to curb identity theft but I try to remember all my passwords instead of storing them on my computer. I hope Alzheimers don't kick in soon. Now what was I saying???

Crazy man the market is crazy. So what is a low mileage first gen 84 model worth? There is 3 answers to that question. 1. Book value would say around $1200 2. Market value ( what people are paying ) is something else. I watched one sell on Ebay last weekend for $3850.00 and bidders fought over it to the end. 3. Personal value. Maybe your scoot has been a faithful friend and it's current value to you is Priceless. No matter which category your thinking falls under one thing is for sure. There bringing twice the price of just a few years ago.:mo money:
