Think I found a great place go start a WV Meet & Eat. Now i need to cone up with a date and route afterwards.

can anyone help me i removed my exaust off of my 89 royale thinking it would be easy to drill out the baffle to give a little louder tone i used a cuttoff toll to cut through the 3 welds on the cone ..does the entire cone need to be cut off cause it wont budge and i dont want to do too much damage...
