The error codes on the compressor for a 86 , e4,e2, what do they mean? I heard the guys talking about how the rear shock could just be a regular shock and wondered where to look and what to read up on for anyone doing this? I think the computer is the issue with my loss of air.

OK folks, I have a factory Yamaha key for a 2nd gen - it came from a 2007 RSV - guess I forgot to give the 2nd key to the buyer a few years ago! There are a limited number of key codes made, so it is quite possible you might have a bike with the same code: A7772 I have no idea if Yamahaha changed the codes from year to year, but if you have any year 2nd gen, I'd suggest you check your key code just in case it matches (only if you want the key, of course!). I want to repaint my motorcycle. It is currently a two tone paint scheme (see pic in my signature). Where would I find the paint codes? Since I will likely paint it myself, I will likely just go with the single color - haven't decided yet if it will be the red or the gray.

Has anyone purchased any E-3's for a 2nd gen lately? If so where did you get them and what are the date codes on them.

I was going through the treads this morning and ran across the one where Ky,Rider lost his keys at a rest stop. Uturn posted some blank codes. So I decided I better do it right now or I'll be one stuck somewhere. So I took the codes with me and went down and a couple keys made (only cost me $4.00 a key) so all I have to do is hide one on the bike and I'll be set. Thanks guys for jarring my brain. One less thing I have to worry about.

Can anyone help re:1997 Royalstar Tour Classic paint codes, the codes are taken from under the seat on the frame above the tool kit. Alongside the white circle is the number 4YP1-030 Alongside the black circle is the letter B Do both these codes refer to the paint or something completely different. I need to source paint for the bike after cruising along the road without a bike (fell off) any help would be appreciated. Yorkshire Star.:guitarist 2:Rock an ride!
