The initial crash report said his blood-alcohol level was 0.373, more than four times the legal limit.Schlictemeier was convicted of drunken driving in 2008 and had a Breathalyzer removed from the ignition of his car months before the crash, law enforcement authorities said.Look for updates on this developing story here on KCCI.com.
