Im curious if any riders are also coal burners? I'm going on season two with a coal fired stove that heats my house. I want to put some some small 55 watt plattuiem burners on the mirror brackets for my 91 VR. Being that the PTT switch by the left grip is not used for I use blue tooth, I would like to activate the Burners by the PTT switch as a signal. Also I would like to put a regular lighted toggle switch to activate the Burners for longer use. I plan on using a relay. My thoughts are that I can do this, but would like conformation that I would not be creating a electricial problem.

As some of you know, I have a pair of squids brackets and am still looking for a pair of lamps to put on them. I see that Walmart has some called Platinum Burners. Are these even worth it? They are like $15 and $20 a pair, seems kind of low for something worth buying. PIAA's are really nice but far more than I am willing to spend. I could see spending $50 for a good pair. So, are the Platinum Burners worth my time and money or would it be like putting a pair of my kids night lights on the brackets?
