Can the 12V ACC plug (located on the left inside of the front fairing of my 06 Venture) handle powering up my GPS and a Roady2 satellite radio? Boomer....who sez thanks in advance for any responses.

Had a good visit with boomer. He came over yesterday and we changed his tires, rear brakes and rearend oil. This morning we took a nice ride and he left around noon. I could tell he wasn't 100% from the virus but it was great having him over. We missed ya, Walter, know you just got out of the hospital and hope you are doing better. Anyway a great time and boomer a gift wasn't neccessary, enjoy helping and working on the bikes. Hope you made it home ok and we'll get together again soon.

well they sprung me im home. someone done a big cleaning here in the apartment? was lucky to find the computer. now i might be like some other guys on here but some women should never move a mans junk. i know its there been there for maybe 3 years but someday im going to move it or use it? but daughter,Dianne ,sister, gave the place a good cleaning. but i cant find the tv remote? me thinks they want me to get up and change the station every minute? ha ha fooled them. taped a heavy straw to the cane can now push the up and down button on the tv:big-grin-emoticon: from where im at. and there just aint something right about carpet on a toilet? you lift the seat and that damn carpet makes it slam back down. now i aint no fireman but i dont want my hose kinked. if ya know what i mean? well every one i cant tell you how much i owe all of you for your help. prayers donations. phone call to check up on me ect ect. now i know Boomer was looking for women? but hey i know where a big nurse is. gives nice back rubs. but could use a shave now and then? name is francis? owns a harley though has a rough voice. drinks jack daniels. sponge baths are up to you Boomer if your interested. well i better go for now limited to how much time i can sit here. "Cupcake" and all the other former deck jockeys... Boomer, a new retiree greeter at Walmart, just couldn't seem to get to work on time. Every day he was 5, 10, sometimes 15 minutes late. But he was a good worker, really tidy, clean shaven, sharp minded and a real credit to the company and obviously demonstrating their "Older Person Friendly" policies. One day the boss was in a real quandary about how to deal with it. Finally, he called him into the office for a talk. "Boomer, I have to tell you, I like your work ethic, you do a bang on job, but your being late so often is quite bothersome." "Yes, I know boss, and I am working on it." "Well good, you are a team player. That's what I like to hear. It's odd though, your coming in late. I know you're retired from the Navy. What did they say if you came in late there?" "They said, 'Good morning, Chief. Tea or coffee this morning, sir?'"

Arrived safe....I did the Install without a hitch.....and my scoot "Freedom" will once more roar across de flatlands of Loozeeanner.....to Bogulasa....AND THEN ON TO THE OHIO MD. DON'T NONE OF YOU CANDY-A$$E$ UP NORTH SAY I DIDN'T GIVE YOU FAIR WARNING I WAS COMING!! THE LOOZEEANNER/TEXAS "GANG" WILL ARRIVE WHEN YA LEAST EXPECT IT AT THE MD....LISTEN FOR THE POLICE SIRENS!!! Is there any valid reason why I can't bypass the fuel pump with a gravity feed setup and leave it like that for good? Midnight Venture-2006. Boomer.....still sitting and fuming over this darn problem.....

Put the scoot through her paces this morning with my RLAP routine....That clutch job that kbran did this week really makes the difference!!! Boomer.....who had the pygmies in the parking lot climbing the light poles.

Relatives found me a nice 1 bedroom Apartment. After numerous shopping trips the place is now completely furnished and good to go and I have moved in. Hooked up with some great bike riders at 2 well known biker-friendly places. They went ape for my Midnight Venture and so far I have not seen ONE Venture in all my travels around heah. Eating a lot of good home-cooked Cajun food and this Saturday a whole passel of us are riding up to Mamou La. for the big Mardi Gras held there annually. The weather-guessers are calling for sunshine and temps in the mid-50's which equates to fine riding weather for me. Take care and be well all!! Boomer.....who's riding hard in de flatlands of Loozeeanner now and durn happy about it too.

Now that CPO is gone and out of ear shot I say we should have some real fun. and start our own Boomer sayings. Boomer who say that when your gone your gone and don't blame me for being gone. I think he is hiding in the basement till Spring.

Yesterday I rode out to Lafayette Powersports located at 612 Beau Pre Road in Lafayette to do a price check regarding maintenance for my scoot..... Carb Synch.....$380.00....and the Service Manager sez it will take 4 hours of Labor !!! Rear tire change-out.....$180.00.....Labor Charge Only!!! Boomer.....who left there so fast he forgot to pee on the floor.....and will be going to any Maintenance Days he can beg an invite to!!
