On the RSTD is there a fuse that controls the Auxiliary DC connector that is located under the drivers seat? Mine is no longer giving out 12 volts and I need to know what the problem could be if it is not a blown fuse? (2006 RSTD) -

Auxiliary plug under the seat has a cap that removes and it's only purpose I can see is to waterproof the plug. Where can you get the other end to put the two (hot and neutral) wires from my GPS? The plug is already switched to "On or Acc" which is what I want. Thanks! -
