Thanks to all the help we're getting, the new shop is taking shape. CdnDave helped out a lot with building a loft in the garage attached to the house, so that I would have permission to do some reno in the shop for better accommodations. Wizard765 has been very busy pulling wires from here to there and arguing with the owner,,,, usually the owner let;s him have his way. Son Allan came down to help out raising the loft 18" so it was more usable. No pictures, but Arnold, a freind, came down with a new insulated sectional door and installed it. All in all, a lot done so far. Thanks guys. Now that you found it, guess you're welcome anytime.

Count to a hundred, my rear, that ain't gonna hack it!!! :soapbox: Apparantly the illegal sumb**** didn't weld my down tube on the rear cylinders right 'cause I still get some hot air coming up:headache: tried just removing the downtube and lost the allan wrench on top off the collector and I couldn't get it out :starz:Had to buy another set of allan wrenches to finish that bit, lost that one on top of the collector too, so had to go buy a magnetic pick up, then, guess what: ...can't get the down tubes out so i'm having to take the whole blasted exhaust loose One of the nuts holding the collector on appears to be stripped too far and it won't come loose ....... :bang head::bang head: and you can't reach it with vise grips!!! I'm gonna kill something.............. maybe i need a drink (is it 12 o'clock yet)......

Recently heard from Allan. Seems our buddy Allan has been out of commission. The weekend before the Eureka Springs gathering he hurt is knee very bad and it will need surgery. However, while waiting for the surgery he developed a bone infection. He has been on the antibotics, and surgery is delayed. He seemed pretty down and depressed, which I know I would be too. So keep him in your thoughts and prayers. Jay

FINALLY!!!!!!:banana: After almost 9 weeks of not being on the scoot Allan H and I took our bikes for a nice hour + ride on some great twisties here in St. Charles and around. The weather was cold, about 40 degrees, but perfectly sunny. I cant tell you all how good it felt after all that it took to make it to this point. So to Denden for all his help with my carbs and Lumberjack 49 for the use of his enclosed trailer....Thank you. I wouldn't have made it this far without your generosity. You both helped Allan give me one of the best Christmas eve's I have ever had
