1. Just saw that Web Bike World had picked this as one of their products of the year. I've never even heard of it but I know there was a recent discussion here about the best action cameras. At a list price of $399.00, it had better be very good. Sena Prism Review - webBikeWorld
2. Well, now that winter has gotten here and I need to think about getting some things done, I was wondering what others were planning on doing. I am going to need to do some transmission work as it feels like I have lost the détente action in my transmission. I still have the spring action that will bring the shifter back to the middle, but I am having a problem finding neutral and feeling when it clicks in any gear. Several times I have put it in 1st and it came back out. I have also had the same problem with 5th after shifting and with very little load, it would slip back out. I still have the other engine that has 30K miles on it that I put the 2002 Venture transmission in it, but it had some rust in one of the cylinders and I am not sure whether the engine is worth putting in. I just need to get motivated in getting something done. RandyA
3. Recently I had posted a thread about needing a temp gauge. In True Venturerider.org nature I received two by mail for free. As much as I appreciate the response and generousity of our members (Thanks, ISUTLEY & MUFFINMAN), I only needed one. So, the extra one is available to anyone that needs it for free. As well any of the extra MKI and MKII parts I have laying around and don't need, the selection of parts are a varied assotment. Just PM if there is anything you need and I'll look and see if If I have one laying around. But, I did have a question that I had posted on the earlier thread that no one responded to and since I am still curious I am going to ask again. But actually, I received a good temp gauge today from ISUTLEY (Thanks Les) and was able to compare his good one to my bad one. On a good one, or, one which has never had the needle pin removed from, there is a slight retraction action on the needle that returns the needle to the cold position when the sensor registers cold. On my bad one there is no retraction action. I'm not sure what causes that retraction action rather it be spring loaded or a reaction due to temp but it is deffinately there and neccessary. Does anyone know what causes the retraction action on the needle? Curious minds want to know.
4. I posted a CL link to this trailer in Colorado Springs, but thought I would put the pics here too. I've never seen a trailer like this before. If I were closer I'd go look just to see it in action.
5. This morning, from a cave somewhere in Pakistan, Taliban Minister of Migration, Mohammed Omar, warned the United States and Canada that if military action against Iraq and Afghanistan continues, Taliban authorities will cut off America and Canada's supply of convenience store managers. And if this action does not yield sufficient results, cab drivers will be next, followed by Visa, Bell and Rogers customer service reps. It's getting ugly folks, real ugly.
6. My 4 year old grandson, Dominic had his first soccer game yesterday, and they sure are fun to watch at this age...........got this great pic of him in action..................

8. The following video presentation has been brought to you by: http://i1007.photobucket.com/albums/af193/gdingy101/marinelogo.jpg Warning ! There is some very graphic language in following video clip of our Marines in action. You've been forewarned! This is an example of technology in action! The Marines on the ground have been pinned down by a sniper in the building in front of them. Enjoy Semper Fi
9. Larry, just wanted to show off your product for everyone to see "In Action" Worked great, very pleased. Well made, I can't say enough good things about it. Any of you guys thinking about this piece of equipment, you should go ahead and pull the trigger. The 2nd Gen on a lift is a scarey, wobbly experience. Put that big heavy thing on this adapter and she's rock solid.
10. Kinda swept in here like the President sneaking into Iraq, but Squid, Lonna and Heather came, ate, wined, hot tubbed, caked, Zeused, slept, breakfasted, Zeused some more and are now gone.......even made special hash brown for Squid. Nothing better than a couple of "Fat Bastards" getting together for some hot tub action......I sure hope no one took those pics. Thanks guys..it was great seeing yous again.
11. Below is the link to the website to take action! http://www.arra-access.com/campaign/advocacy_youth_atvs?rk=id1Ugm7aM4OFE

Please take a moment and take action and urge everyone you know to do as well, by e-mails or post on other websites! http://www.americansolutions.com/

15. We need to take action NOW. Tell your Government Representatives that you want their support. "I live, ride and work in your district and I am urging you to support motorcyclists by co-sponsoring H.R. 1076, "The HIPAA Recreational Injury Technical Correction Act.” H.R. 1076 aims at ending health care discrimination for individuals participating in legal transportation and recreational activities-activities like motorcycling, snowmobiling, skiing, horseback riding, and all-terrain vehicle riding. http://www.amadirectlink.com/legisltn/rapidresponse.asp
